As far as convenience and service goes. This was great. Robin helped us and she was such a pleasure and joy. She was kind and helped us with our order and our attitudes while traveling over a holiday. She genuinely cares about her interactions and really put us in a great mood! I stopped at the ludlow papa Gino’s this morning on my way to work and decided on a few slices of pizza the women Sharon who was working was so kind even gave me the combo to make it cheaper with my drink she is such a pleasant person to deal with in the morning will definitely be back again.

I called and picked up my order . My order was supposed to be the 14.99 XL deal . When I came to pick up my order it was 27.00!!! The kid had no idea how to make the deal work for me since he just said he already rang up my order and then needed help to make it a trucker discount which still wasn’t good at 22.99. The pizza was over cooked and I have pics of the food and receipt for over charge . I needed to get home so I left with food after feeling ripped off . Papa Gino’s is one of my favorites and I am disappointed for the first time ever. I should have got a good cooked pizza. (XL deal ) for 14.99. .

The person behind the counter was very friendly and personable. She actually offered me a plate or a box, which is nice. Usually the Papa Gino’s on the Mass Pike automatically give you a box, which is a waste of cardboard if you are eating it there, not to go!!!
