Nice experience. Not busy, nice setting for post work meeting dessert. The cookie basket (actually a tray) is really good. A great way to decompress and have a fun time over delicious, gooey, cookies!

My wife and I are not big beer drinkers anymore so we weren’t too sure if we would like this place but we absolutely loved it. Stopped in for a quick drink and a snack before we had to head to an event. The cheese curds were to die for, this is exactly how cheese curds should be made and everyone needs to pay attention! My wife got a glass of wine and I went with the triple mini martini option. All 3 I chose were tasty. Its also a pretty hefty pour for the price!

I had a very pleasant experience here. Troy in the front bar has a lively attitude and a very helpful way about himself. I tried a flight and enjoyed each brew. John built me the flight personally which was awesome. The food and the prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

As a Minnesota girl, I loved the ambiance and the themes of the restraint and the menu. I wanted to try every single appetizer but settled on the Top the Tater cause if you’re from Minnesota you know. It was yummy and much like the Top the Tater I remember. We both ordered Juicy Lucy’s and they were fine. Small and not nearly enough cheese in the middle. I got the cheese curds and they were battered nicely. My husband got the Brussels sprouts and they were ok. A little sweet and soggy. All in all, the food was fine, but I probably wouldnt go all the way downtown for it. I would probably go to watch a Vikings game.

We had such a nice time at Skol Brewing Co. the staff were so kind, the manager came to our table to ask how everything was and even gave us stickers and coozies. The food was amazing, we were there for happy hour which is $5 appetizers and wow it was such a great deal! They came out hot and fresh with varieties of sauces and incredible taste. I grew up eating a lot of Wisconsin cheese curds and I will say their curds are comparable. Nice light breading, great cheese pull. Blueberry mule was delicious and refreshing!

This is a neat space, an old Macy’s turn into a multi use commercial building.
A perfect venue for any type of event.

Cool place. The pulled pork sandwich was really good. Juicy, spicy and just the right amount of ratio to be sloppy but not unmanageable. The onions rings had great flavor. The drinks were good. I think the a/c wasn’t working but the friendly staff made up for it. Also place is huge and so are the bathrooms

Went here for an afternoon beer and a few snacks. Pretzel and fries were absolutely amazing, as well as the Sara Smiles Hefeweizen. Service was also impeccable, and I’m glad we stopped by!

Was so excited to try this place out after walking by earlier in the day and smelling it. Looked up the menu and the food looked delicious. However, it definitely didn’t live up to the photos. Photos and descriptions didn’t match what was brought out. Chicken was almost burnt. Soda was $4 for a can. Out of the club sandwich. Asked for ranch and never got it. I feel like this place has SO much potential with some changes.

We stopped in for dinner and drinks on a rainy Sunday. Our server was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some recommendations for food and drink, which we tried and enjoyed. We started with a “Big Daddy” pilsner and a pear almond mead, and both were very tasty. For dinner, we had the Viking Club and poutine. The club is enormous and comes with fries. The poutine is smoked brisket and cheese curds over fries, and I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it! We thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drink. The decor is on point with the viking theme. The place is massive! Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would return if we’re back in the area again.
