The pub food is decent and with nothing else around not a bad choice to pop in for a drink and dinner to check out. Regular events like corn hole and trivia that will always have the same people consistently. For lack of places to go skips is still a go to suggestion for me but only for the lack of other places to go. For a place that offers free pool there should be sticks that are not completely ruined to use and a bathroom that doesn’t smell like sewer every time u go in but it is a bar. You do get plenty of food for what you order

We were in Maine on a vacation (we are from NY). We saw this place when we were looking up food places. Really glad we came here. The place looked cool, food was great and the staff was excellent!! The owner Roger greeted us and talked with us for a bit. Very welcoming. If we are ever in the area again, definitely going back.

This bar is all around fun. Always some thing to do like shoot pool, play darts and jumbo Jenga. Its a good time when you want to get out of the house and socialize. The people are fun and the bartenders are sweet. I think I found my new watering hole. I can’t wait for it to be open 100%!

Skip’s is a fun restaurant, bar, live entertainment, meeting place. The food is high quality bar food. The bartenders are great. They have pool tables, dart boards, and corn hole tournaments. Roger Tracy does a great job managing, and he has hired a terrific staff.

I don’t drink, but went with my husband to this bar. Charged us $3.50 for a beer, $8 for a sprite with grenadine… since its considered a mocktail. I have never been charged over $5 for a Shirley Temple in my life.
