It was very smoky from the kitchen like the building doesn’t have a good enough ventilation system to properly draw out the smoke from the grills and other cooking appliances like the fryers, it was so bad another couple had to leave due to it being overwhelming for them and they were starting to have problems breathing. For it being such a big building it has very limited seating inside, and it was very close together. The table we sat at felt like it was covered in salt and crumbs like it wasn’t wiped off and looked the cleanest available. Had a cozy environment but the vents under the table was blasting ac, and it was already pretty chilly out. The flavor was very good on their burgers, but it was still underwhelming especially when it comes to the toppings being scarce. A lot of their menu has more individual prices for everything rather than a meal price. You can add fries to your burger but it’ll be 4 dollars more. The server was nice. But unfortunately it’s personally not a place I’d revisit anytime soon. I understand the economy is so unpredictable right now and they have a business, but I actually expected it to be a better eating experience especially for 2 burgers and cheese curds that were over cooked to where they barely had cheese and some of them were even empty breading, and when we ordered we wanted their pepper jack cheese balls, did not expect them to be tiny curds.

This is definitely a small town bar and seems like a local staple. Everything was very average, especially the soup and salad. The wings, burger, and fries were all good, but the wings especially seemed overpriced. Our waitress was attentive and got us everything we needed, but was not overly personable. My son did enjoy the banana pie.

I used to love coming here, not just for the food, but because of the people who worked here. The servers and cooks made the experience genuinely enjoyable. They knew the regulars, remembered orders, and actually cared about the service they gave.
Unfortunately, it seems management didn’t see the value in the very people who made this place worth visiting. Several of the best staff were either fired or pushed out, and it shows. The atmosphere has completely changed, and not for the better.
It’s disappointing to see an establishment lose sight of what truly matters: the people who make customers want to come back. I won’t be returning until that culture changes if it ever does.

The food was very good! The potato salad was awesome! Also enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich and the cheese balls are dangerously addictive! Nancy was a wonderful server and so much fun to talk with.
Visited while passing through on a recommendation from a friend.

The food was below average 12.99 for 6 small wings wouldn’t mind the price if the food taste better coleslaw very bland no flavor the substituted it for applesauce which came out room temperature and unsweetened the same little cups they pass out at food drives! Potato wedges are decent ruebun sandwich tastes terrible everything just look and tasted old the sauce/bread was good! Pretzels and cheese were good! The ventilation doesn’t work so all the smoke fills the whole dinning room up! When you leave u still smell like the grill/grease for a couple of hrs after leaving! It’s a very rundown old building dirty ceiling fans paneling falling apart of the walls you tell what kinda place it is as soon as you walk in they can’t even match light bulbs in the ceiling fans so depending on where sitting you might have a bright spot light on you then anthor part of the table will have a warm dull light the waitress was awesome before we could even say anything she started pointing out all the obvious! IM REALLY WHY PPL ARE SAYING THIS PLACE IS GOOD UNLESS THE REVIEWS ARE FROM YEARS AGO THE BEST THING FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TO TEAR DOWN AND START OVER (ONE BEER 2 WATERS 2 GRILLED CHEESES 1 FRY A RUEBUN BASKET AND PRETZEL BITES 58.65 WHICH I WOULDNT MIND BC I LOVE FOOD AND WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR GREAT QUALITY FOOD BUT IT WAS TERRIBLE AND SO SMOKEY! AND I HATE DOING THIS BUT I ReAD THE REVIEWS PPL LEFT ALREADY AND THERE EITHER PAID/FAMILY/FRIENDS OR SOMETHING BC ITS ALL LIES UNLESS LIKE I SAID BEFORE FROM WHEn THEY FIrst OPENED

Not worth the time or money. It was 23 bucks for a rubin sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich had three thin slices of meat and was smashed into a brick. For the price you would expect more. The server was nice and attentive.
