Ordered pizza just now with a food delivery app and specifically asked for ranch in for it to be cooked. Well done and I got no ranch and doughy pizza in return I literally had to put it in the oven to bake it myself to top it off. It took a little over a hour for it to get here. Do better. That’s just crazy. I wouldn’t have minded the way if I actually got what I ordered but instead, I got pizza that I had to cook myself.

What’s the point of ordering online and receiving the email your order is ready only to be told to wait in line and be told that your order might not actually be ready. Yes my order was ready, they left it outside so it was barely warm when I got it.

I used to frequently order from this establishment because it’s near from where I work and it always satisfied my pizza cravings. However, the last time I ordered, I had found this “parchment paper/sheet” in the Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza pie that I didn’t know I was chewing into until I was two slices in. I tried contacting the establishment and headquarters, but they have yet to get back to me. It isn’t the end of the world to leave in whatever that thing is but the lack of communication is somewhat troubling for me. The rest of the pie contained this “sheet” so, there went the rest of my dinner into the trash. I’ll pass on Little Caesars from now. Be cautious when eating.

Yesterday I bought this pizza and I ordered it with three meats, but when I got home I looked at it and it doesn’t look like three meats like it looks on the menu. It’s like every other little caesers I’ve been in.
It exists for cheap, albeit not great tasting pizza, but it’s filling when money is low. It still amazes me that a pizza from here costs less than 90% of the McDonald’s menu across the street lol

I came here a while back and the service was horrible. There were two teens working when i went and when i ordered, i chose no tip and because of that, we waited almost an hour to receive our order and i asked multiple times if our food was ready and he kept saying “no” when i clearly saw my complete order sitting on the counter while they were chatting the whole time. Also would like to mention nobody else had to wait that long besides me . People would walk in and order 5 pizzas and walk out within 15 minutes. Definitely not coming back
