Skinny Pizza Roslyn Heights (211 Mineola Ave) just became our go-to spot for the best healthy thin-crust pizza on Long Island! This organic, low-calorie gem serves ultra-crispy pies with HALF the calories of regular pizza—choose whole wheat or gluten-free crusts topped with hormone-free meats, fresh veggies, and sauces that burst with flavor. We demolished the truffle mushroom pie, peppery arugula slice, and buffalo chicken that actually tastes like real chicken, not mystery meat. Vegan? Celiac? They’ve got you with separate pans and killer dairy-free options. Bright, modern vibe, lightning-fast service, and every bite screams quality. Yes, slices start at $3.50 and whole pies hit $25-32, but for guilt-free indulgence this good, we’re already craving round two.

This is what they call a “cheese pizza”?? Forget it. We need vegan pizza because our 3 yr. old has a dairy allergy. We’ll stick to the other place, it’s a little further of a drive – but not going to pay $16 for this ridiculous thing (other place is just $13 and they actually give you a pizza). I mean, how cheap can you get?? Take a pass on Skinny Pizza.

The prices for the 16 inch pizzas are a little higher than a traditional pizzeria but you that should be expected when going into any eatery. Got with the 3 step custom pizza instead of all 4 and you’ll be happy.

My ground beef pie was pretty good but I ordered a mushroom pie and they really skimped on the mushrooms. Shoulda took a flick of that. Next time.

My cauliflower crust Hawaiian pizza was very good. But the pricing is egregious and it’s not even that healthy, so as a product it’s not worth it. I’ll just make it at home where I can put vegetables on it.

Excellent pizza when cooked perfectly. A bit light on toppings but still good. Not worth $32 but for some reason this area has decided that is the going rate for a pizza with a few toppings. Still giving 5 stars but there is a reason dominos and papa johns will always win. Pizza should be 10-15$.

When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by the welcoming door bell and friendly staff. The store’s bathroom was very clean. The aura of the store was as comfortable as the soft, cushioned seats. Within 10 mins I ordered, paid for and walked out the store with my large pie, thanks to a friendly employee, Stephen. The service was exceptionally quick. I ate the buffalo chicken pizza which was AMAZING. The buffalo sauce was perfect. I LOVE the thin crust pizzas and the fact that the animals are farm-raised, grass-fed. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Made by Stephen.

The staff is nice but they need some help. Seems they have new people cooking because most things were burned in the bottom and the cheese was so overcooked that it was dried out. Also there was too much garlic in everything. I have not had that experience in the past. This is usually a favorite stop heading out east but I will reconsider.

I’m a big fan of your food and go out of my way to go eat it. I went w my son for his first skinny pizza experience and took the 40 min ride to Roslyn. Staff is wonderful as always. But to see 8 different places as “now available” advertised from outside, to the huge menu board, to the napkin holder, to the menu, to online, paper menu, etc “NOW AVAILABLE low carb keto cauliflower” and when you ask for it they look at you with dismay and say we don’t offer that anymore. I mean seriously is that not false advertising. For a franchise that’s just horrible marketing and really something to be ashamed off. Really makes what could have been a wonderful experience something else. You should do better.
