Skinny Vic’s Diner & Coffee Stop was established in 2015 in Slinger, WI and relocated to West Bend, WI in 2020. We are a modern 50’s-60’s style diner with Coca-Cola paraphernalia. We offer a fresh, elevated approach to classic diner fare. Specializing in breakfast, lunch and catering, including box lunch for team meetings. Skinny Vic’s caters to those with allergy, especially gluten and dairy, and is celiac friendly. We’re proud to serve only the freshest ingredients to make sure you receive an experience that you can’t get anywhere else! Being a part of our community is our mission and do everything we can to be part of the schools, churches, and local sporting events.

My brother and I go try different places every week. This week we tried Skinny Vic’s! We both tried the chicken cordon bleu and it was amazing. The chicken was delicious and the crust was phenomenal. The homemade hollandaise sauce was definitely a favorite. The fries we ordered were definitely hand cut and fresh. And let’s not forget the root beer float – made with the one and only sprechers root beer. Definitely was a great experience and the atmosphere was reminiscent of an old 50s diner. A bit pricey, but definitely quality food served here. Very unique and definitely recommend!

Great breakfast and brunch food. Would recommend the biscuits and gravy if you’re a fan. We all enjoyed our selections. Bloody Mary was delish, and the bacon wrapped cheese was super good. Fresh squeezed orange juice is exactly that – low pulp and soooo good. Very busy when we arrived so glad we had a reservation.

Pretty good food, lots of gluten-free options! Needs a bit more seasoning but luckily hot sauces are available. Get the fresh orange juice, yum! There is outdoor seating for us who are covid-cautious, but it’s on the sunny side of the building and was temporarily unavailable when I last visited (sidewalk concrete repair). The staff are very gracious and helpful.

Fantastic food! We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, but it was definitely worth the wait! The stuffed French toast with berries was absolutely mouthwatering. We also had the fried chicken and gravy —best we’ve had! The Bloody Mary could have been a meal in and of itself! And the bacon wrapped cheeses bites for sure would recommend this to anyone wanting a made from scratch, delicious meal!

Our first time at Skinny Vic’s was one to remember. After a rough week, this was really the perfect treat to kick off our family weekend. We had perfect service and the food was so delicious and well made. Highlights of meal were the Bloody Mary, Mickey shaped pancake, chicken and waffles and the freshly squeezed orange juice. They also have really comfortable couches to wait for a table. And as the cherry on top, our server noticed how mature our little one was behaving as he read a book and patiently waited for his food and rewarded him with a WBSD way card! That really made his day!

50’s and 60’s feel with new age vibe. No SKINNY pants here. Food was so fresh and tasted unreal. FRESHLY squeezed orange juice. (Which I love, since I live in South Florida) Oh yes right from orange to glass. Staff was extremely friendly and tentative. Very very clean diner. Not your typical boring menu. Actually met and talked with skinny Vic. Class Act!!!! This is a definite stop on my list.

Our absolute favorite breakfast place, and we don’t even live in West Bend or Wisconsin. Generous portions of GREAT FOOD that you find nowhere else, all served by awesome waitesses. Delicious fresh squeezed orange juice, not to mention mimosas for the ladies! BEST HOT Cinnamon Rolls. Reasonably priced for everything you get. PHENOMENAL!!!

I’ve been wanting to try Skinny Vic’s. They’re not always open when I like to get out. Google maps says they’re not open late Friday, but they are. Open until 9 pm for the fish fry.
