Our humble Airstream food truck roots have expanded to a contemporary diner, fast causal spots, and a booming catering business. What hasn’t changed is that we take our food seriously! I’ve stopped in to here a few times now and the food has always been amazing! Really nice flavors, big portions, and well cooked food! The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites! The Mac N Cheese is delicious, and the grilled cheese is amazing! The cook is amazing and always delivers great meals! We always stop in anytime we are close to Climate Pledge arena or the glass gardens!

Prices were astronomical but the breakfast burrito, bacon jam burger were amazing. Kids soup and grilled cheese and mac and cheese were ok. Easy walk from the science center so convenient and great service

Not bad, but also a shadow of its former self. I’m old enough (aka *really* old) to remember when Skillet was a single food truck and the hottest place to eat in town. Their Fried Chicken Sammy was the stuff of legend. The sammy I got today was the Weekend At Bernie’s variant: propped up like it’s still alive. Ah well. Thankfully the folks behind the counter are as awesome and delightful as ever.

I had “The Burger” and found it unappetizing. Between the char of the burger, the blue cheese, and the arugula it’s a very bitter bite without anything to balance. For a $25 meal for one, I wish I’d ordered something else.
The staff was friendly. Free refills on the fountain drinks. They do accept Apple Pay now (contrary to earlier reviews). The area is well kept and clean.

Kids chicken strips are dark meat! They had too much breading on them as well and they looked kind of burnt. My kid didn’t like it. I said it can’t be that bad, then I tried it and it was gross. Fatty and gross dark meat. Unless you like that sort of thing. Then I got my chicken sandwich. It was only the same gross, dark meat chicken strip on a bun. Lots of fat and gristle. Terrible sandwich. Service was good, the food was not. At least the chicken strips and chicken sandwich were anyway. Fries were good. Kids burger was good. Soup and grilled cheese was good. Bacon jam burger was good. And the kale Caesar salad was basic but good. Nothing note worthy about it though. Mainly disappointed in the chicken.
