Great family owned restaurant next to Yale’s campus. We stopped in for lunch after touring Yale. Had the lunch combo of salad with a slice of pizza. Service was prompt and friendly. Hearty size portions. Lots of Yale memorabilia throughout setting a perfect vibe with lots of history.

I’ve ordered party pizzas from here for yearsss. It’s been a few years since i ordered one. On my daughter’s birthday feb 22nd i ordered a party because that’s what she requested. I paid over $40 for my order and received the thinnest pizzas i have ever seen in my life. We were basically eating just toppings. I’m so disappointed and i will NEVER order food from here again. I ended up ordered 2 large pizza from a trusted restaurant because my daughter was so upset that she couldn’t enjoy her food. I spent an additional $45 dollars after buying a PARTY PIZZA SMH i wish i could post the pictures

The young lady that took my order was very sweet…butMeat sprinkleed on top of the slice no extra cheese to melt it on to the slice and on top of that, Im sure the cook didn’t wash his hands and he had no gloves handling the meat…I will never eat here. Cause I don’t wanna get sick. I threw the slice in the trash…. And wasted five dollars and fifty cents.

So the order today at Pizza Heaven2, was horrible did not bring the drink with the order sent us un-toasted garlic bread and just all around bad service and then want to argue and say oh no it was toasted when the bread wasn’t and then said oh we will send another order for free they don’t care about their customer service at all. It’s horrible ooo wait! The driver was supposed to go back & get the drink “ Kiwi strawberry Snapple” why he went to a store & bought me back an apple Snapple …so done with them period

I ordered a large white pizza with ricotta, spinach, and caramelized onions. When eating it with friends, we found a piece of a PLASTIC BAG, baked inside the pizza, under the cheese. We were all obviously shocked, and concerned, because many of us had already eaten a slice, and our friend bit into the plastic. We immediately called the restaurant and informed them of what happened. After answering their questions about the plastic (ex. where it was baked, what kind of plastic, etc.) and sending them picture evidence of the plastic pieces, they DENIED our claims, accused us all of lying, and refused to give us a refund, or a new pizza. The owner argued with us, saying “I’ve been doing this for 25 years” and acted as if he’s never made a mistake in 25 years. We told him this is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. He then proceeded to hang up on us, yelling “Goodbye!”. My friend is now worried that they ate some of the plastic, since they are allergic to latex. This is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. The customer service, and concern for customer safety was horrible. There was no apology. There was no consideration, concern, or empathy. Just disrespect and denial. There needs to be a health inspection here immediately.

I ordered a large grilled chicken salad and am very disappointed in what I received. The bulk of the salad is lettuce sprinkled with crumbs of chicken and some veggies. Completely unacceptable. I called the establishment and provided my feedback, requesting that the proportion of chicken and veggies be equal to that of the lettuce. The response from the person on the phone was that this is what customers like, which given customer reviews on Google, is not an accurate statement. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my feedback and hope that changes are made. That said, if you’re going to spend $14 on a grilled chicken salad, I recommend Whalley Pizza or literally anywhere else in the Westville neighborhood.

I realized they didn’t have Zabiha meat and asked to cancel the wings. The chef says “ How the hell do you find Halal meat in America”. It took me a minute to register what was said. I then asked for my money back. As a customer anyone that can talk to me like this IS NOT SOMEONE that should be preparing me food.

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The order said 10 , they only gave me 7. As I finished eating i began to feel really sick and tmthrew up chicken nuggets and fries as well as had to use the bathroom as well. I did not eat anything else that day besides soup earlier. this was my meal for the night . Im very disappointed and quite frank it was already down hill , but now I never trust to eat there after puking and spending my entire night in a bathroom. don’t eat here

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The cashier, a young woman, had a terrible attitude. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know the menu at all. Instead of trying to help, her behavior made the interaction very unpleasant.
Good food can’t make up for bad service, and this experience left me not wanting to return.
