Food was great and plentiful. They don’t skimp on portions. The beef burrito was massive put a hurting on me. The wife’s chicken sandwich was more than she could handle, she said it was very juicy. Chicken burrito was my buddies and was packed with flavor. Wait for food was a little long, but not bad as we weren’t in a hurry. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome food, Best steak in town, hands down! Cajun food is unbelievably great, a little Louisiana; made in Michigan! The chef is incredible, and the employees are awesome! Everything is made fresh, from scratch & it takes a bit more time, but the wait is worth it. This isn’t a restaurant you want to go to if you’re expecting something from a jar, homemade with love, and that takes talent from the chef and staff… my favorite restaurant anywhere!

We went on a burrito mission. There was so much yummy looking food coming out of the kitchen I wanna go back. The deep fried cauliflower looked like it was 2 heads of cauliflower and a meal in itself

I had the pan seared catfish and it was great! Ease up on the salt a wee bit and it’ll be fantastic. Everything our table ordered was excellent and the portions were more than enough. Waitress was fabulous. Wait was a lil long but we weren’t in a hurry.

Food was great once we actually got it… Service was terrible and our server definitely forgot to put our order in and we waited over an hour for our food. They were not busy and had many tables open. We were told excuses of why our food took so long, but tables who ordered 10 min after us got their food before us. We ordered chicken tenders and a quesadilla. Both items take no more then 10-15 min to make each…. Yes, ik this bc my wife has worked in restaurants as a server for many years. I’d rather have a server be honest and say she made a mistake then to be obviously lied to. Once the food finally came out, there were no apologies and or discounts on our bill. Like I said, food is always good but don’t go there with any type of expectations for customer service, as you will be greatly disappointed.

A hidden gem! Please… if you’ve never been here, you need to add SkeeTown into your rotation. I’ve never had a bad experience. All the dishes are generous, especially if you aren’t familiar with the Tavern portion sizes.

8 Feb 2022: party of 5 tonight, 4 checks, Bella was our server. Very helpful and confirmed that SOYBEAN oil is used in the fryer. Our party had 16 oz Ribeye, fantastic. Burgers and chicken tender basket got no complaints from our friends. Bonus photos of some HUGE wet burritos! Ummm, it’s not on the menu… but order a lavender hibiscus frozen margarita and or a red Sangria and enjoy a great local place. Plenty of parking, bathrooms clean and well stocked, atm, touch tunes, lots of high hairs, handicap friendly. Our group met up about 5ish on a Tuesday and was not busy. We timed it perfectly! DELIVERY AND CARRYOUT!!

Our second visit and it was as good as the first. A very good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Our waitress was very good, not hovering but refills as needed. We will be back.
