Waited over 25 minutes to pickup a Skip the Dishes delivery order in a Sunday night at 7pm when the restaurant is absolutely empty with zero customer. Never got any updates from servers on expected wait time. Every driver comes in with a 5 minutes response when is way off from their 30 minutes wait time. Ridiculous!!!!!!

First time trying this place in downtown with friends. The place has good interior and the staffs are kind, food are good. Their take on Alfredo is a must to try.
However, it took them sometime to prepare our bill and they came several times to our table (to ask if they can take our plates) which somehow interrupts the vibe of catching up with friends.

Had a really wonderful time at this restaurant! The cocktails were outstanding — especially the Rathana Rose and ABCD, both absolutely delicious and beautifully crafted. The food was equally impressive, full of flavor and perfectly prepared.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. Our host, Navneet, was an amazing server — attentive, warm, and made us feel very welcome throughout.
Kudos to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I was looking for a garlicky cheese naan and the one I ordered did not disappoint. The curry I ordered spicy level is hot and that was also goood!

I had taken pictures but unfortunately it didn’t turn out. I have to say the service here was really good. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing.
1. Mango Lassi was the best I’ve had. The mango flavor was full on. There was a hint of cardamom that just took it over the edge. I loved it.
2. The butter chicken was amazing. The sauce was creamy and full of flavor. The chicken was moist and so tender. One of the best!
3. Mixed grill was also great. All the proteins was moist, tender and full of flavor. It’s a great way to share a meal and get a taste of a little of everything.
Overall, I’d come here again.

Sizzling Tandoor in Victoria serves the best Indian food we’ve ever had—even better than spots in Vancouver! The coconut prawn curry was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The warm ambiance, friendly staff, and authentic dishes make this a must-visit. We even had to take our favorite dishes back to Vancouver! It’s one of the reasons we keep coming back to Victoria—can’t wait to return! (photos are taken at BC ferries on our way home, this is not the plating and portion size.)

Don’t look past this spot! The food is phenomenal, staff is really friendly. We were here from out of town and I wanted to have a nice date with my partner and I wanted Indian food. I wanted to go somewhere with date worthy atmosphere and this place was perfect. The server was very friendly and even pulled out my chair so I could sit. The prices were great too. We ordered paneer pakoras and they were so good! Perfectly fried. We also ordered a lamb korma and a chicken tikka masala. Both were delicious and well seasoned. Would highly recommend.

Was very impressed with the environment and food here. Everything was delicious – really liked the samosas, naan and wow my lamb biryani was amazing! Bonus points… it was a very large generous portion (no complaints as I get tasty leftovers to eat). Service was friendly and food came out in good time but a few drink orders were forgotten. Would come back again.

The owner was amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The staff was incredibly gentle and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. Sea Salute Tandoor is the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Highly recommended.
