The last 2 or 3 times on a fri or sat when I have went to that location around dinner time there is never anything hot and ready. Not one pizza. There’s always some in the oven that will be out in 20 minutes. What a joke. Must be terribly ran. I will never give them my business again. So much for hot and ready.

I have worked DoorDash for quite some time now and this place is by far the worse place to get food from. The service is beyond slow and you will have to wait 45min for a pepperoni pizza. This was at 2pm not even during lunch hours or dinner. This has happened 2 times because I decided to give them another shot but just like last another super long wait. I can’t tell you how long I waited because I ended up removing that order I had which does affect my overall rating on DoorDash wish makes it hard for me to get more order. FYI I only ever did this once ever and this was the time I did it.

This place sucks! The workers are rude, wait times very long, poor service and the food is mediocre at best. It seems to be at this particular store, as the Galion store,is way better in every way. I’d love to talk to the GM but, of course, the manager won’t give out that info. I see why too.

We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. It was around 9:50-10pm a full hour before they close. We never got the delivery, whenever we would track the delivery it would say the driver was sitting in the meijers parking lot they sat there until 11:15. We canceled the order because obviously we weren’t getting our food, then that’s when we learned we wouldn’t be getting a refund for our $26 order with a $7 tip. Extremely disappointed with their service.

very delayed pizza portal order (waited 1/2 hr), no one available to talk to at counter, no one answering phone. Distasteful music playing. Hopeful that changes will be made as the pizza is a great value.

Absolutely disgusting!!! No one in that building wears gloves handling your food. Watching the staff scratch body parts and their hair! Also none of them wear their hair up or in nets!! It’s sickening. Will be reporting to health department. Our pizza was cold and barley had any sauce on it!! Did an online order was suppose to be done at 6:11pm to be told we didn’t have an order then went to the back and shuffled around and brought me 2 cold pizzas sitting in the back wouldn’t even hand it to me put it in the pizza portal!!! Will never go back to this little ceasers!! I do not recommend this one. Health hazardous place. Someone is going to get sick! And I did not order thin crust!

Yeah so here once again I ordered for pick up at 130pm for 4 that gave them 2.5 hrs plenty of time for a pizza and here we are yet again it’s not done Iv waited in the lobby for 25 mins noones even greeted anyone. I would give this place a 5 star from the pizza I got from them in the past but I’m going to explain why I gave them a 2 star.
Just a few days ago I was trying to contact little Caesars and never got an answer. I had called around 10 times with waiting on hold for a while.
I decided to go to the the restaurant, in doing so there was an employee that had a terribly fake nice attitude.
She had went to state that they don’t answer the phone because calls that they would answer to were annoying.
I work in sales and can say that-that is not how you do ANY bit of customer service.
I walked out with my order and will not return.
PS: I got my food before asking why they don’t answer the phone.

Nobody is ever at the counter and you’re waiting for a long time to even be helped. The drive thru menu doesn’t work and they never actually have any pizza ready to go. Love little Caesar’s but this place needs serious help with the management….

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza only for them to sub in regular crust and put salt on it without bothering to ask if that’s what I wanted. I can understand being out of something, but at least inform the customer and ask what they would like instead. Waste of money.
