Reviews
They’re over expensive for the low quality you get, they’ll get your order wrong every time, there are much better options that are worth your money.
Firstly, a basic cheese burger and fries is $14 before tax. You get less fries than you would from a company like five guys for the same price, and for the cost of just fries you could get more and better quality from literally any fast food chain let alone a more premium sit down option.
The fries? Thin. Not fluffy. Not very crispy. The texture of chewing cardboard. How is it I can get better quality from microwaving store bought frozen fries?
The burger? The patty was dry. The cheese has basically no flavor. The bun almost has the texture of stale bread. You get Mayo and ketchup as topping options and you get enough to coat the top of the burger to say that “they added it.”
The sweet potato fries? Wouldn’t know because we didn’t get them! We ordered them. We were excited for them. But we got regular cardboard tasting fries. When we called and let them know, they tried to gaslight us and tell us we didn’t order them, even though it’s an extra $2 for the sweet potato fries and we could see it on our receipt. In the end they apologized and didn’t do anything about it, didn’t even refund the $2 difference for the two orders. Still tempted to go back and demand a refund for the mistake and time, but just don’t care to go back.
So in the end they charge a premium price for worse than frozen grocery store quality. Next time, we’re just going to Five Guys or Wendy’s before we ever go here again.
Better premium options would be just going to something like Jack Shop and getting a burger. Just as expensive, but a burger that’s x3 the size, the fries are of actual quality, and they don’t get your order wrong then try to gaslight you even though it’s in writing on a receipt.
Don’t come here. Respect your money.
