I am literally sitting in their drive-through right now and they haven’t acknowledged me and it’s been almost 5 freaking minutes.. that’s not good customer service at least give me my drink and acknowledge the freaking customer. And from the looks of their reviews, all they do is send you to some link for further evaluation not really facing the problem. I’m still sitting here. Haven’t been acknowledged. I’m about to drive off. finally got my food, and the guy was so irritated when I made the comment that it was rude to leave me waiting that he shoved my food in my face and didn’t give me a chance to ask for any other condiments. I’m not surprised looking at their ratings why they are the way they are you’ll know which one it is because he’s the guy that has the nails painted and curly hair. Just beware it wasn’t a good experience. But hey it’s fast food they work there for a reason lol, sad cause if they can’t even acknowledge the customer now what are they gonna do later when they get a real job.
FYI they just passed the responsibility buck off to a website link they don’t take any accountability. The only thing they take is your money.

The burger was surprisingly tasty, a solid option. Unfortunately, the fries were a major letdown. Inconsistent cooking made for a disappointing side. The restaurant’s atmosphere and overall feel were pretty standard fast food fare.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I spit it out because the chicken tasted raw and uncooked. And they forgot to give me my apple juice for my kids meal, so make sure you are checking your order. Also, it’s pretty expensive, will not be going here again.

I’ve been to this location more times than I can count and I have to say “Erica” has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every time she takes my order she delivers it with a smile and she gets it right. Anyone who has ever worked in customer service could learn from her. I’ll keep coming back because of Erica!

The prices here are absolutely expensive. I went to order a burger for $13 and thought it came with fries and a drink but it did not. The combo was over $20 after adding fries and a drink. I don’t see anything that’s value at this restaurant, even a double burger and fries is almost $18. Please post your food prices on the Internet for each location, it feels like a trap when we can’t see online prices up front. Everyone else seems to be adding some value meals but nothing on this menu is cheap at all.

Dirty tables, food tray, rugs and floors. When I picked up my food the food tray was sticky. Staff in back listening to music on their phones not helping customers take orders. But the food was good!

Place was dirty, no clean tables, had to wipe it off myself. Restroom dirty with trash on floor. Burger had grilled onions I did not request, tomato was unripe and hard so I had to remove it from the burger. The burger just tasted kind of “off”, not like the usual great Habit burgers. They messed up my wife’s veg burger, she ordered no sauce on burger, sauce on the side, they put it on the burger, no side. Fries had some uncooked fries in the order. Place was hot with blinking LED lights that were failing. We were the only customers there and they could not even try to wipe the tables or get the order right. This is the first time I have been Dissatisfied with the Habit and I was very disappointed. What a letdown. Just a bad experience and a bad location.

Came in placed my order to go, friendly employees. They forgot to put teriyaki sauce on my Teriyaki char burger, how do you forget that?? It’s what it is and they pineapple slice was sad, it was so small.
Might as well just have ordered a regular burger.
