This is a popular place in Portland, and you can do slices of pizza. If you want to do gluten-free, you need to do a whole pizza. We ordered a gluten-free pizza, and a couple of slices. They also do salads and other drinks. It’s a simple but tasty place.

Five stars across the board! If you (unfortunately) have to avoid dairy but still love pizza (like me), this place is amazing. The vegan slices are incredibly authentic. Don’t skip the vegan ranch; it takes everything to the next level. Absolutely a must-visit.

Best service I’ve ever had at a corner pizza joint. Brought my slice to my table while I was in the bathroom, gave me free sauce for dipping, and excellent pizza to boot. Will definitely be coming back if I’m on this side of town during lunchtime.

Wow! This is the best Vegan pizza we have yet tasted. Try the Raising Arizona. I don’t know what they put in it, but it is out of sight. The service is really polite albeit a bit slow to get the food. Also, the climate control is a bit off in the summer and winter. We were in there on October 18th and it was a bit nippy but not freezing. Inside the Hollywood restaurant, it was steaming hot.

Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had specifically this location does everything better. The gluten free pizza is even better than the normal standard style. Definitely recommend take out vs dining in just a small place overall. Overall great pizza.

Did some research on “must eat foods in Portland” on a visit, and Sizzle Pie seemed to pop up a lot!

Looked a the menu online, and was very much impressed!
Really loved the quirky names.

I called ahead to ask about the daily pizza options and went to the Hollywood location since they seemed to have something with cheese and jalapeno which sounded good.
The availability of parking (as compared to the downtown location) was another plus here.
I really was hoping they would have a dine in option though; My friend and I ended up sitting on the bench outside on the sidewalk and having our meal.

As for the pizza…
DEFINITELY worth the hype!
We both got a slice of the September special; Toppings: Beer Cheese, Bratwurst and Sauerkraut.
What an AMAZING flavor combination! And the slices were HUGE too!
I really could just go on!

We also split an order of the small Garlic Knots.
The garlic knots were just so-so. Bread was okay, well seasoned, but nothing too great. I wouldn’t recommend getting this.
Sauces: Caramelized Onion (had a nice unique flavor, and purple color!) and the Basil Cashew Cream (kinda tangy tase, and pretty oily, I wouldn’t go for this again)

Definitely go for the pizza though!

Great atmosphere, loved the cool music they had playing. Staff was super friendly. Pizzas were fantastic, we for three large pies for a group of 9 and only ended up with two slices left. Crust was thin, cooked perfect and fresh toppings. Great find.

I came in after my physical therapy appointment to get a slice and to get a slice for my gf. From the moment I walked in the man with the great beard and green shirt was super friendly helpful and doing his best I asked about their void pizza and it ended up being expired they had to make a new one and the way they handled it was perfect. Sizzle pie has hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had and all I wanted was for my gf to try it. They went above and beyond to make sure this pizza was made right they took care of me and were super friendly. Will come back again.

Wandered in, who doesn’t like an unexpected pizza adventure?

Well, between me and my better half, we ordered 4 slices:

Ace of Spades (pepperoni) easily the best slice of the bunch.

Counting Sheep was spicy! Which I liked, but otherwise wasn’t anything worth writing home about.

White Walker, remember how Game of Thrones ended in a disastrous manner, ruining something good and disenfranchising fans? Yeah this is the one good GoT thing I have had of late.

Spiral Tap, more like boring and flat. Literally wasn’t expecting something with so much potential to be tasteless and just boring.

Garlic knots: under proofed and under flavored, very greasy.

Atmosphere definitely fits a theme: loud and obnoxious.

If you want a good slice, try Dough Boys in Vancouver, WA.
