Not only are the staff extremely clicky the food quality at this location is continually sub-par. It’s like no one truly cares about their job, seemingly every time I come they see a friend or coworker and want to sit and talk for 30 min while i’m just waiting to order. My food was burnt 2 days ago, and it looked like my sandwich was missing the meat. Drive to another location this one isn’t one I would continue to visit. The atmosphere dosnt feel like a traditional CFA, and the food is not as good and quality as any other CFA i’ve been to.

The staff was polite and prepared my take-out order on time (as was said in my app).
The deluxe sandwich was nice. The chicken wasn’t dry and had good crispy breading. All ingredients were fresh.

Always provides the expected chick fil a service which is A-mazing. However, they need to give their trainees more one on one training because when asked to add two spicy deluxe sandwich, no meal she added two regularly spicy chicken sandwiches and one original (..?) Besides that this Chick fil a provides amazing service with even better food.

My first ever experience with God’s Chicken! Definitely a good Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and the Sprite was actually good. I can’t say the sandwich was the best BUT Definitely not the worst ! Excited to try the Salads and other fixings everyone raves about. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future! BRAVO

The manager gives you whatever he wants, not what you pay for. When I got home, I realized I was missing things. It was my mistake for trusting that they’d give me everything I asked for. But we definitely won’t be going back there. We used to love it, but not anymore! Or at least I’ll go to another Chick Fill restaurant, because they’ll never change.

First time trying the new Chick-fil-A and got my fav, a chicken biscuit. I ordered ahead on the mobile app (which was easy to do) to save time, but stood in line longer to get the same thing that others walked up and ordered. Several employees walking around and past a few of us in the “Mobile Pickup” line, but no one said anything or offered to help. It’s like the mobile app is taking away employees’ customer service skills…maybe it’s putting them out of a job in the long run since no one needed to take our order.
And still got the mandatory “my pleasure” which is so inauthentic — it’s not genuine. It was not your pleasure to have me stand there for 7-8 min not even acknowledging me as a person, then walk over and place 2 items that were already there into a bag, walk them to me, hand them to me without anything more than calling my name, and then respond “my pleasure” when I said “thank you.” Would be more genuine to respond “thank you for your business” or something like that…especially the $$ I just spent on breakfast!
Growing up in the south, was excited to have one nearby but not sure I’ll return unless a group wants to go or it’s just overly convenient.

One of the most efficient locations I’ve visited but they have a fly problem around the trash can.
I ordered the chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and lemonade. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the spicy chicken sandwich had just the right amount of heat. But the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and gross. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and comforting. The fresh squeezed lemonade was also refreshing and the perfect complement to my meal. The service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and attentive.

So, don’t tell everybody but this undiscovered Chick fil A on lone tree you can get your food and leave with out 45 minutes in line. The other area chick crawls through orders. This new one is for now, unbelievable by comparison and I was so very pleased to see fil A with no lines. Ill try and get pic before wide discovery. Hope you experience.

The Plaza that this Chick-fil-A has graced was languishing before their arrival. With this business here I see a great multitude of people coming for that delicious Chicken-Chicken! Who can blame em? You know this place will always put a smile on your face — even if the line is long they got a reliable crew who will get you thru in a reasonable time.
