I recently visited this restaurant after it changed ownership, and I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the previous owner, the food quality and flavors have completely changed and improved a lot. Everything tastes fresher and much better now.
I tried their beef noodle soup, and it was really good—rich in flavor and very satisfying. I also asked the owner for recommendations, and they suggested their chicken wings. I gave them a try, and they were very good as well, definitely worth trying.
They are currently in their soft opening phase, but the experience was already great. You can tell they are putting in a lot of effort.

SIZZLE EXPRESS !!! No longer wok express!
New ownership- new name- excellent food!! Clean restaurant with a wonderful new owner!! . Health department score is posted right in front so they can see his excellent score.. My husband got Kung pau chicken And I got mushroom chicken. We both got the bowl portion and it’s enough to make into two meals its only 7.99!! I highy recommend you give it a try!! You won’t be disappointed!!

This Resturant is gross. Its a rebrand by the same owner as the last Resturant “Wok Express” and they still can’t pass a health inspection. 0 stars would not eat here if it was the only resturant in cleveland I would drive to chattanooga or knoxville to avoid this nasty resturant.

We are huge Chinese food lovers. We usually have to drive to Chattanooga due to the health scores in town but this place has saved the day. Their health score is fantastic, the dining area and buffet are super clean. The employees are kind and QUICK! We tried the Black Pepper Chicken, Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the Sizzlin Chicken between all of us and everything was fantastic and fresh. 10/10 have found our new favorite take out place without having to drive to Chattanooga.

The staff were super friendly and kind! We ordered a family meal deal which came with 3 different meats and two sides for only $50. Portions were HUGE! We have so much left over! The food was hot and fresh, and very flavorful. The Mongolian beef was excellent and spicy! Nothing was dry! The lo mein was amazing.

I really was hesitant about trying them but I thought I’d give it a try and so glad I did when you walk in yes same set up as wok but totally different the menu very nice and new I order the New York strip steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice and also wanted to try the wings absolutely amazing they give you salad and bone broth soup which was very good also very great customer service by the lady up front my food was made fresh didn’t wait long at all Sizzle express thank you for this wonderful food your offering and please keep up the great work I’ll be back to try different menu items soon public people you will not be disappointed I promise

I liked Wok Express, but LOVE Sizzle Express. Their hibachi is delicious and the price is amazing for the amount of food you get. The hibachi rice is just as good or better than the Japanese restaurants where they cook it on the grill in front of you. The hibachi chicken is only $10.99 And you get soup and salad. I can make 2 meals out of it. They also still have the Chinese options as well. This place needs to stay!

Everything was incredible from the Kung Pao chicken and black garlic Ramen to the hot honey wings! We will definitely be back soon!!
