The champagne selection is truly special; the staff is so attentive and helpful in guiding you to find the perfect bubbles to suit your mood and preferences. The cozy atmosphere creates a sense of comfort, making it an ideal spot to relax. Each bottle of champagne is explained with such care, highlighting what makes each one unique, and the food is truly exceptional—especially the flatbread, which I honestly believe is the best I’ve ever had. It’s more than just pizza, with rich spices and detailed flavors, complemented perfectly by the flavorful truffle fries. I highly recommend this place for some light bites, wonderful champagne, and good company—it’s a little haven to unwind and enjoy the moment.

My husband and I came here while visiting Fredricksburg and it was our favorite bar/wine tasting experience by far! Our server Daniel was very attentive and knowledgeable. We both did the Somm’s choice tasting, and he did an amazing job of picking wines to our taste! We went back the next day and got 2 bottles of our favorite. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this terrific bubble bar. It was our great pleasure to enjoy the caviar tasting as well as the French sommelier choice tasting. We also love the deviled eggs. If you enjoy Champaign and Caviar, this is a must stop for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We have gone to several tastings on this trip and Andre was by far the most knowledgeable. My husband and I each did a different flight and he educated us in a way that was interesting and entertaining. We tried things we would have never tried on our own. The flatbread was amazing. The ambiance was very relaxed and the service is exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Our waiter, Lorkin, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tasting both fun and informative. He shared great insights about the wines and clearly had a real passion for what he does. The wine itself was delicious — beautifully balanced and thoughtfully presented. We would also suggest an order of the garlic fries and flatbread, both were very tasty. Overall, a lovely visit that we’d highly recommend, and don’t forget to request Lorkin!

Wow. This place is a hidden gem. Someone else recommended it for caviar and bubbly and it did not disappoint. The owners (Melissa, Bobby and André) and staff (Michael) were welcoming, lovely and so incredibly knowledgeable. I had to buy my fair share of sparkling wines from around the world not knowing when I would have access to them again or knowledge about these wineries until I made my way back to Fredericksburg! Highly suggest the caviar trio and wines around the world flight. I will be back! Also, ask why it’s named Six Twists.

Love, love, love this place!! The champagne and wine selection was off the hook! Everyone from staff to the owners were so beyond kind, super helpful and now become friends. This will be for sure a stop for us every time we come to Fredericksburg. Everything gets 5 Stars from the moment you walk in….decorated beautifully, super knowledgeable staff, extremely welcoming, amazing menu. For sure make this a 1 stop when you go to Fredericksburg.
