After not coming here for a while, my boyfriend and I decided to have a little pre Valentine’s Day date night and the food still hits every single time. It never disappoints.
Our server, Josh, was absolutely amazing as always. He truly goes above and beyond whenever we’re there and takes such great care of us, he definitely deserves a raise!
We also know the owner, who greeted us warmly. The hospitality here is unmatched; we feel so welcome every time we visit. I would recommend this place again and again without hesitation.

I’m a regular customer at Siu Korean BBQ, and they never disappoint! The food is always delicious, and their new menu items were seriously impressive, so flavorful and well-prepared. The service is friendly and efficient every time, and the atmosphere is super inviting. This place keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Honestly this is the best Korean bbq I’ve ever been too , the food is fresh and you can tell the meat is good quality compared to other restaurants ! And the server’s are really nice as well they constantly refilling my drink and asking me and my bf how everything was and if we were ok , at the end of the day all I can say is if you’re thinking abt coming here DO IT !!!!!! It was a real great experience overall:))

I went to Siu Korean BBQ with my husband but they mistakenly brought us meat plates meant for a table nearby of 5 guests. I was asked if I wanted them to take the extra meat back. I declined, assuming (for food safety reasons) that they would dispose of it since it touched our table.
Later, I found out they don’t throw it away — they actually take the meat back because “their servers know it wasn’t touched”. That’s not only unsanitary, but completely unacceptable.
Between the wrong order, the charge for their mistake was $10, and the serious food safety concern, this was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about hygiene or good service.

Long story short you want me to pay $90 for not getting my water right (its a water so how hard can it be), bringing me food with out turning a burner on while waiting 5 minutes to say my burner is off, not swapping my burner when you can see it’s used, and on top of that have the nerve to say “You can leave a tip or not”. Could not even discount anything for the negligence of this place. Dear heavens, retrain your staff.

I went back to Siu Korean BBQ after a long time, and wow—it was amazing! The beef bulgogi and kimchi were so delicious, and the brisket is one of my all-time favorites. The popcorn chicken? Absolutely fantastic—crispy on the outside, soft inside. I was seriously impressed! Plus, the staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to go back!

Awful experience! Nothing like Ktown korean BBQ in Cali. -10 stars if I could. They make you order your meat and veggies. They’re shady by bringing out alot of cheap cuts of meat to make you full faster and skimpy on the expensive cuts of meat. You can’t get up to choose or make your own sauce. Meat Quality is not great that comes with a smell. Thier Marinated meats is gross and off balance, some way too sweet or way too salty. How can anyone enjoy eating here with little variety and very slow and horrible service? First and last! Yuck!
Update: Thanks for the inaccurate story but thats all BS, one review state that he is korean and this place is not korean food. That’s all I need to know about this place.

Siu korean bbq is a fantastic hidden gem in sparks. While the “dinner” menu is great most of my favorite things are on the all day menu. The miso pork belly is killer, and the tri tip is out of this world.
Staff have been extremely kind every time we have gone, happy to explain anything you might have questions on. The service robots are adorable and its so fun to have a robot deliver food to your table.

I Love This Place! Great Service. Fast, Very Friendly. Meat Is So Tender And Happy With The Way It’s Seasoned. My Favorite Was The Teriyaki Steak, Spicy Pork & Short Ribs Compliments To The Chef Thank You For My B-Day Neon Drink. We Will Definitely Be Back!!
