Random stop by myself, at 530pm sat at the bar. Extremely busy place, and the staff are always on the move. Very friendly. Over heard about 50% of the customers have reservations, which I feel could be important in about an hour. I ordered dunkin noodle with chicken. It’s shaved chicken, not chunks. I don’t care either way, it was very good and I could only eat half of it. Parking is a bit of an issue, as it shares with 3 others restaurants. Outdoor seating is popular, along with carry out. Can soda drinks, but that seams normal for Asian food.

I will come back with friends and family.

If you found my review helpful please give it a thumbs up.

Sister Thai is a great spot where you can sit inside or outside
The service is super fast, and the food is really delicious. They even have waffles with ice cream for dessert, which is a nice surprise and the perfect sweet ending

Overall, it’s a comfortable place with good food and quick service — definitely worth checking out ✨

This is based off of a few visits. I don’t typically want to leave a bad review based off of a single experience. Everyone has a bad day.

It’s difficult to watch someone sneeze in to their hand and then handle your food. This is one of those never-should-happen things but on the floor in front of a room full of customers makes me dread what happens behind closed doors.

We were a two top and the two top tables are tiny. And they have no sense of pacing. If you order four dishes to share they will bring them all at once and expect you to manage it all on this tiny nightstand they call a table.

On our second trip we sat down at a four top table to avoid this and the waitress demanded we move to the TV dinner tray table unless we told her in advance how much food we were going to order.

So that was that. We refused the interview application for a comfortable meal. We won’t be going back.

Cute little place with expensive but tasty dishes. The desserts are honestly the main reason to come here.

The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the food is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing, and our last visit was the final straw.
On a previous visit, I saw a server sneeze and then wipe their nose with the back of their gloved hand. That alone made me uneasy, but we gave the place more chances because we did enjoy the food.
My friend and I usually order a lot of dishes to share. On one visit, we were seated at a tiny 2-person table and could barely fit everything without plates hanging off the edge. So this most recent time, when we walked in (Sunday night, after the dinner rush) and saw both a 2-top and an open 4-top, we sat at the larger table. The server had gestured toward that area, so we didn’t think it would be an issue.
She came over and told us we had to move to the 2-person table. We explained that we planned to order a lot of food and that the smaller table really wouldn’t be enough space. Instead of working with us, she pushed back and asked, “How much will you order?” At that point, we just decided to leave and go somewhere else.
It was surprising that they were so unwilling to accommodate two customers ready to spend money, just to keep a larger table open on the off chance a party of four might come in. Between that and the hygiene concern we witnessed before, we won’t be returning — and we definitely won’t be bringing family or friends, which is a shame because the kitchen is doing a much better job than the front of house.

What a wonderful Thai restaurant. What more can you ask for, amazing menu, amazing atmosphere, and super friendly service. You really feel that everyone that works here truly cares about the restaurant and your dining experience. Since coming here for the first time, I’ve already been back 3 times in less than a month.

I went to this restaurant twice, and both experiences were terrible.

The first visit was rushed and unwelcoming. Our questions about the food were ignored, dessert was never offered, and the bill was dropped at our table without any courtesy. There was no thank you or acknowledgment, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than customers.

I gave it a second chance, which was a mistake. We were told to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine, until the waitress insisted we wait outside in freezing 3-degree weather on slippery, snow-covered pavement. I explained that my daughter, who was visibly limping due to an injured leg, could not stand outside and that our car was parked far away. Despite this, we were still refused and told to wait outside.

This behavior was shockingly rude and completely lacking empathy or professionalism. We will not be returning. There are many Thai restaurants nearby with far better food, service, and respect for their customers.

We were able to be seated immediately around noon on a Sunday. The food came quickly after we placed the order.

The entrees were decent, but not special. The appetizers we ordered (Tofu Tod, chicken satay, and Roti green curry) were pretty good.

The staff were friendly and patient.

Over 40+ years, I may have eaten more Thai food than any other style. In Wheaton, there were 5 Thai places within a mile of each other. Sisters Thai is consistenly the best I’ve had across the country and abroad. Take measure of signature dishes like Panang chicken, Tom Yum, the curries, crispy fish, chicken cashew, et al. But, Sisters has many dishes you’ll not find at any other Thai restaurant. The menu is quite creative and extensive. Even a simple dish like the Wonton soup is not to be skipped. The dessert menu is another highlight, one of the biggest and best dessert selections you’ll find anywhere in the area. Worth coming here just for dessert and a cocktail. The decor is like a little village of rooms with books and curious toys. There are 2 bars as well as many outside patio tables under canopy or umbrella. I could and should eat here 2 or 3 times a week.
