Delicious and authentic matcha. Would recommend the matcha soft serve in a cone as this always hits the spot. Was pretty busy on a sunny sunday afternoon with most of the tables occupied but the service was pretty fast. You can also buy packaged matcha and teas.

Nana’s Green Tea is a popular destination for matcha, offering a wide selection of drinks and desserts. We tried the hojicha latte and the matcha soft serve with mochi and red bean; both were well-presented and flavorful. Due to the shop’s popularity, seating and parking can be limited, so arriving early is recommended.

This tea place has a nice atmosphere and the service was okay, but there are limited choices for non-tea drinkers if there’s anyone with that preference in a group.

Even though coffee was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available during our visits, which was a bit disappointing.

Parking can be tricky since there isn’t a dedicated lot, and the restroom could have been cleaner.

Overall, it’s an interesting spot for matcha and tea lovers, but there’s some room for improvement in a few areas.

I think it’s really good! The matcha isn’t too sweet, the cone is super crispy, and the red beans have just the right sweetness. Overall, it’s a delicious matcha ice cream, and the price is fair and reasonable. Even though there’s usually a line, the ice cream is made in just a few seconds, so it’s worth the wait.

Hojicha mochi red beans parfait was good but too sweet, I didn’t care so much for the black jelly at the bottom. The black sesame ice cream and the sesame croissant were really good. Limited street parking. Also, it gets pretty busy here.

Bright upbeat cafe with so many options of drinks, ice cream, and baked treats.

I highly recommend their hojicha soft serve ice cream, their matcha tiramisu, and their black sesame latte!

I will be coming back every chance I get!

Been a huge fan of this place since it first opened their first location back in 2015-2016. Honestly the best and authentic matcha flavored drinks and desserts. This location can get busy and you have to fight for seating so I recommend coming right when they open.
Had the matcha muffin and hojicha latte! This place is well worth the wait!

Looking for Asian flavors and desserts? This is the place!!! They’ve got all sorts of matcha desserts, but they also have black sesame as well and seasonal menu flavors. They’ve got really good croissants as well! Got the Sakura flavors this time since that’s what the flavor of the month was!

I’ve never felt so brushed off at a place I used to love.

I had a really disappointing customer service experience at my favorite matcha shop. I ordered a Matcha Soft Serve Latte, assuming it would be made with their matcha soft serve ice cream (which they also sell). Instead, it was made with vanilla soft serve. The menu clearly says “Matcha Soft Serve Latte,” and nowhere does it mention vanilla, so naturally I expected the matcha version.

When I asked about it, I was told I should have looked at the picture because the ice cream appears white — meaning vanilla. That explanation felt dismissive and unhelpful. I pointed out that the written description says “matcha soft serve,” and customers shouldn’t have to rely on a photo to decode ingredients. Her response was, “I didn’t make the menu.”

Regardless of who designed the menu, you represent the store. The attitude and tone were what really disappointed me. I ended up returning the drink because I didn’t feel comfortable accepting that kind of response.

Even if a store is busy and has plenty of customers, every single customer matters and deserves respectful, professional service.

So far, it’s my favorite matcha spot, from traditional matcha tea to ice cream, croissants, and tiramisu! During the weekend, there are lines, but during the week, it’s chill, and it’s worth the wait
