OMG! This food was so delicious! I am so happy about how good the food was we will definitely be back! We got the ribs Mac and cheese and yams! So good it was amazing! We also got the smothered chicken cabbage and green beans just so good! Everything was well seasoned and tasty I can’t wait to go back also the pound cake was great too! My family loved this food!!! This was a great alternative to not cooking and still having something like a home cooked meal. Will definitely go here again so tired of the chain restaurants and eating the same things. I’m glad we found this place and I can’t wait to tell all my friends and family about it. Mac and cheese was my favorite but it was all GREAT! Very reasonable prices my son (15) ate it all in on sitting but took my daughter (5) and I two days.

It’s Carla’s Kitchen now, and she is amazing. I highly recommend stopping by. You will not be disappointed. All the food is great, but I highly recommend the oxtails over rice, mac and cheese, collard greens, and hot water cornbread. Wish I had pictures.

Today was my first time eating from there. My husband got oxtails, mac-n-cheese, and cabbage and I got the same sides with ribs.. our food was great and like he told the staff “if it’s good my wife will be back” and indeed I will… food was superb!!!!! Staff members friendly and ready to help!!!

Recently, three of my golfing partners and I ordered dinners there. It was close to closing time, but the owner prepared fresh chicken and pork chops for us. She was very friendly, the food was very flavorful, and the portions were large! She knows what she’s doing! We’re from Charlotte and the Triad areas. No doubt we’ll be eating there on our next trip! Sorry. This is for the Waltons Way location.

The restaurant is now named Carla’s Kitchen. Here everything was delicious from the the macaroni and cheese, rice & gravy & most definitely the cabbages. Customer service is most definitely a 10 out of 10 Carla is very nice & helpful person
