I arrived at 2:20. My friend and I were told we could sit anywhere we like. We selected table 9. I ordered a large fattoush with a Pepsi. It came in a can… my favorite form! My friend ordered a shawarma combo, baba ghanoush, and a Mountain Dew. The host/waitress was kind and pleasant. The aroma of the food struck me in the face as soon as I entered. There was only one party there when I arrived. They left at 2:33. The food was made fresh, because it took roughly 10 minutes from order to table. The decor reflected a typical Arabic atmosphere. The paintings and the trinkets, even the light fixtures! The fattoush was banging! My friend said her shawarma was better than what she got in Detroit. Call the police! Food this good should be a crime!

Went here for the first time to place an order to go. The food was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were nothing like I’ve had before. The salad was great as well. I couldn’t get over the chicken Shawarma and rice. My husband and I really enjoyed this place, and we will be back soon. You can sit and eat in the restaurant as well. This is such a wonderful addition to the Waverly area! I wound recommend everyone go and try this restaurant out!

A quaint restaurant in an unassuming location. Arrived at 2:25 on a Friday. They were out of quite a few options on the menu, possibly because of the day of the week and possibly because the weird time we came for food.

I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and my partner got the falafel. It was delicious and incredibly reasonably priced.

The decor was fun and the waitress was friendly and helpful. I hope to return another time with a menu that is full.

This place is super tasty. We stopped in on a quiet Saturday after going to the YMCA. Glad we found this place as we live really close and it’s been totally under our radar. Delicious food and friendly service. The spinach pastry was especially good.

This is my first time trying this establishment. I ordered from DoorDash so I cannot comment on service and atmosphere but only on the food. I ordered the chicken kabob platter. The food is very reasonably priced and it looks very presentable and clean. I really enjoyed the hummus and the salad but my chicken kabob was not it. The outside was charred and looked cooked but the inside was wet, raw and cold. I guess it was being cooked on high heat because I did order about half hour before closing. Also it was too potent the spices were so intense you couldn’t taste anything but them.
I will definitely try other things in the future as it seems like this was a mistake and they do not normally serve undercooked protein.

Yesterday we tried Siraj for the 1st time. We received our order quickly. We got the mixed falafel and Saraj sandwiches along with a small order appetizer of Motabble. Excellent tasting, freshly made food. You get a ton of food for the price. Overall great value. We still have half for leftovers. We also got the last 2 pieces of baklava. Saved them for this morning with coffee. Delicious, I wish I had more pieces. I’ve included the lunch special menu. My only caution is about getting there, try to arrive from the south because from the north it’s difficult to turn left into the parking lot with the train, many traffic lights, and how busy it is on Waverly Rd.

I really enjoyed my meal at Siraj Cuisine. The chicken was flavorful and tender, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the baba ghanoush was smooth and smoky in the best way. The salad was a bit on the oily side for my personal taste, but it didn’t take away from the overall flavor or beautiful presentation of the dish.
The woman who took my order was thorough, polite, and attentive, and the service was quick and efficient. Everything was authentic & delicious. I’ll definitely be back

I came here yesterday to try something new and boy you won’t regret it, first when I came in there was so much art on the walls it felt family owned. I got service from a young lady and she was the sweetest recommending me some amazing chicken and rice, I shared it with my family and they loved it. Will come again!!

This place was incredible! The freshly baked pita would be reason enough to go, but everything was amazing. I ordered the tomato and egg qalaya, which was savory and flavorful – the tomatoes tasted fresh and bright, cooked with onions and scrambled egg into a hearty dish. I ordered a half-dozen falafel, which were crispy on the outside and pillowy soft and wonderfully spiced on the inside. The hummus they came with was creamy and light. Those dishes alone would have been more than enough food, but I also wanted to try the zaatar and cheese pie. It was less than $5, so I made the mistake of assuming it would be a little pie. It literally came out with a pizza cutter – it was at least 8 inches across! The zaatar was so tangy and wonderful, and the bread it was on was chewy and crusty. I went home happy, with a huge bag of leftovers (and an order of baklava to go!). I will definitely be back – and I’m coming with friends, so we can order lots more!

Food quality was terrible rice tasted like soap. It was dry as in days old rice meat was dry. But what’s worse is the bathroom. Omg how disgusting and gross. As in there’s fecal matter on the walls the outside of toilet it is absolutely disturbing. I can’t imagine how the back of the house is. How has no one done an investigation on this place. I will be alerting the food service industry and everyone else who has authority on enforcing the correction of this. You can’t use the bathroom or wash your hands because the condition is disgusting. I would like to also add. That you responding back to my review is absolutely unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that the majority of the population is asleep and in need of a wake up. I provide honest answers too bad they order out. And if the so called authority’s come and inspect they too are in a need of a wake up. To pass your restaurant as you claim just shows theirs a bigger problem than you. I will be happy to get the higher echelon on your case. It’s absolutely in need of cleanliness
