My family has been ordering from this place for a long time and to say this most recent experience was a disappointment is an understatement. Our pizzas, clearly dropped during transit to us, were still delivered looking like this. 100+ dollars spent on this. We tried to call and receive some money back. The team working this night, especially Lucky, was super unhelpful. Offering a laughable discount on the next order, which will never be placed after this experience. After saying a manager would follow up the next day.. you guessed it, we never received a follow up. Rude. We will never be ordering from this place again.

I was craving some thick, meaty, crispy chicken tenders and I expected the chicken tenders from the Sir Nicks Bartlett location. Sad to say, I was pretty disappointed opening the take out box 10 tenders for $17, and they were super skinny. Sadly won’t be returning here anymore…

We have had the same order for 16 years and the quality has declined over ther last 2 years. I got the wrong order and they tried make it right by sending a new one but it looks like it was brought to my door in a football hold. I call they said they will give me a credit for a free small pizza. Btw I had a 15% off for my last order being wrong that they did not honor. Dude take this back and make me a pizza that I ordered that I can serve to my company. I guess I will find a new pizza place. So saddened by the service lately…

I’ve been coming to Sir Nick’s on and off for the past 24 years—since high school—and it’s still one of the best spots in Carol Stream. Lately, I’ve been stopping in at least twice a week to grab a slice for my 4-year-old, who absolutely loves their pizza. It’s become a fun little routine for us.

What’s made the experience even better recently is finally meeting Lucky, the owner. He’s one of the kindest, most personable people I’ve ever met in the food business—genuinely friendly and always welcoming. Ophie, another awesome staff member, is just as great. Their warmth and hospitality make this place feel like more than just a pizza joint.

The food speaks for itself—always fresh, always delicious—but it’s people like Lucky and Ophie who turn a quick pizza stop into something you look forward to. Thank you both for being so kind to me and my little guy!
