We recently attended a 40th birthday celebration here, and it was the perfect setting for a small group to gather and celebrate. The atmosphere was fantastic—intimate, inviting, and ideal for sharing great conversation and drinks.
The Smoked Old Fashioneds were a standout and absolutely worth ordering. Beautifully crafted and full of flavor.
One of the highlights was the upstairs boutique—a lovely, thoughtfully curated space. We enjoyed browsing so much that we ended up purchasing a couple of items, which made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, a wonderful spot for special occasions, great bourbon, and a unique experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Stopped after supper to check it out since it recently opened. Beautifully renovated space with a speak easy feel. Great selection of wines, bourbons, and whiskeys, along with a few specialty cocktails. I am not usually a fan of Old Fashions, but I tried my husband’s and it was smooth and delicious. There is also a cute boutique in the upper level with clothes, accessories, decor, etc.

The owners are so friendly! You get a sip of the specialty drink of the week when you first get there, and the drink list is full of options! They have mock-tails, specialty drinks, and tons of wine and bourbon options! They don’t serve food, but if you ask for pretzels, they bring you this big bowl of deliciously seasoned pretzels for $6, the perfect snack! Definitely will be back!

This place is a 10/10 for service and 10/10 for vibe, but damn, their prices are out of control.
I want to sit and have a couple glasses of wine and maybe a cheese board and here you are guaranteed to break $100 for that.
I can’t fault the service, they are so welcoming, and it’s absolutely what i think the neighborhood needs, but i can’t bring myself to pay these prices.
Owners, if you read this, chill out. Get some cheaper wine options. I understand you are trying to have great wine and that comes with a price, but you need customers first and foremost. Find a cheap wine from your vendor that you can sell for $7-$10 a glass and still make money and you will make up for the lower cost in people staying longer and having more than one.

Sips is a unique and new destination for us, but we like the low lighting and the delicious drink choices. We’ve tried some new bourbon and purchased some classy clothing from the boutique as well. Worth checking out!
