I had gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, it started when I went the first time and the dumplings I ordered were frozen in the center. I sent them back and the wait staff was very curt and while I wouldn’t say rude entirely, I could tell they were trying to rush me out the door at 8:20, when they closed at 9. I went back two more times over the course of a week, and the same problem- frozen in the center dumplings and this time the waitstaff were extremely rude to me. I see potential for this restaurant because Napa has no Dim Sum, but I want to be scathingly honest so these folks have time to improve their attitudes and food. No one deserves to bite into frozen dumplings the 3 times they go to the restaurant. As it stands, that’s my 3 strikes and I myself will not be returning.

Good food, great service, not quite enough heat. The hot and sour soup was tasty with just enough vinegar. The Mongolian beef could have been spicier, but the meat itself was tender and perfectly cooked. The orange chicken was done well, but not very spicy – more sweet. The pieces of chicken were large and needed to be cut up to eat. The fried rice was full of vegetable pieces and cooked nicely. Altogether, a very nice Chinese restaurant.

Great Chinese food. I ordered over the phone and my order was ready within the 25 minutes that they estimated. Orange chicken was a bit tough and not spicy, more on the sweet side. The bbq pork fried rice and honey walnut shrimp/prawns were delicious. The crab cream cheese wonton were yummy and very puffy!

Top favorites are the chicken wings, crab cheese puffs, salt & pepper spareribs, and mongolian beef. They are CLOSED on MONDAYS. Can do dine in & take out.

Jade Garden used to be the best Chinese food in town but now it sucks. I got orange chicken, lemon chicken, and rice. The orange chicken and lemon chicken were extremely soggy and didn’t taste like anything and they forgot all of our rice. We paid 100 dollars for a terrible experience. Wont happen again.
