We tried the pistachio cream latte and the tiramisu latte here. Let me start by saying that they’re both hefty drinks – especially the tiramisu latte.
Both were pretty nice – the pistachio latte was sweeter than we would’ve liked, but the tiramisu latte was really well done.
I was really surprised at how good the tiramisu itself is, and it pairs perfectly with the unsweetened latte that it sits on top of. It is a mess to eat though, so taking it to go is a really bad idea.

My friend and I ordered the viral tiramisu drinks, and it costs $13.95 for each, and to be honest it’s not worth it. The coffee tastes is not good but the tiramisu taste is good. The place was so crowded as well with students.

Tried the matcha-misu (matcha + tiramisu) and it was so good! It was flavorful with a nice balance between the matcha and tiramisu layers. I really appreciated that it wasn’t too sweet, which made it easy to finish without feeling heavy. I’d definitely come back to try their other drinks next time!
The only downside is the seating. Since it’s located in the U-District near UW, the place is usually packed with students hanging out/studying for hours, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. But overall, it’s worth a visit just for the drinks.

This place sits on the corner, super cute. Friendly staff and the Tiramisu drink was fantastic, I also ordered a piece of Tiramisu to go and a passionfruit tea. Service was fast

Visited Sip House after seeing the viral tiramisu matcha on social media! Unfortunately we went later in the day and it was sold out! But I ordered the peach matcha (first time having matcha with peaches). It was delicious. My cousin ordered the pistachio matcha and she loved it! My drink was around $5 and the pistachio matcha was around $6-7. I would definitely go back to try other items on the menu!

Kumquat cooler – ask for 25% sweet and is a lovely, sour-citrus refresher without caffeine. Perfect afternoon sip. Staff were especially friendly and helpful in choosing a non-caffeine, low sugar drink and it was delicious. The large windows make for a very sunny afternoon break and the noise level was low so it was a very chill afternoon break.

The place is really cute and quiet and has outlets everywhere so you can study/work. Matcha-misu was good but bit pricey around $15 after tax and had too much ice. I think it’s still worth a try. Other drinks are around $7.5 before tax.

I LOVE SIP HOUSE!! As a UW student this is my favorite cafe in U-district. Staff is always so sweet and friendly, drinks are always tasty and flavorful, lighting and vibes are always so comforting and peaceful. Truly, sip house has become a safe space for me. Every time I come in I always have a good experience which is such a relief after a day of stressful classes. The only downside is how crowded it can be at times, but that just proves how popular and well-liked it is. I love love love the strongness from their Vietnamese coffees. Their pastries and other treats are always delicious and fresh!! There’s literally something for anyone here so I encourage you to try it out!!

I love sip house because of all of the windows and the friendly people there. I always either get the Kumquat cooler which is a new summer drink or the jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet. I don’t drink coffee but I would guess it’s good! It’s a nice spot to do some work except it might be too busy to get a table during the weekends when school is in session. Also, they have plenty of places to charge your devices!
