My husband and I both got the Portuguese Benedict. It tasted good but was kinda disappointing. We both thought it lacked salt and the chipotle hollandaise was missing something. It was good despite that. But for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it to us. If they had table service it would have been more worth the price. (You order at the counter and they bring you your meal). I think this place would benefit much if they touch up their food a little and started providing table side service. It would make for a more welcoming environment and more of a restaurant experience.

SINTRA is my absolute favorite breakfast spot – and in my top 5 for ANY meal – in Bend. The food is terrific, creative yet approachable. The service is wonderful and engaging. The vibe is light and easy. There is often a wait, but it moves quickly and in my opinion totally worth it. I cannot imagine how you could be disappointed. I hope you enjoy!

Breakfast lovers, this is a place you want to try! The Portuguese Benedict and Linguica Scramble were portioned well and full of flavor! Though the main dish was hot and fresh, the potatoes were well cooked but served cold/barely warm… that’s the only reason 4 stars were given rather than 5 on food. We’ll be back!! .

Having visited Portugal last summer, we we were thrilled to find a local restaurant with a Portuguese flair. And we’ve missed our daily Pastel de nata! Great food and very nice ambience. While this restaurant was not on people’s list of top breakfasts, that is a serious mistake. Tge breakfast is excellent. Don’t leave Bend without stopping here. Even just fir tge dessert!

Came for the Cuban Sandwich. Was very disappointed. No flavor, came with chips. For the price was a waste. Also had the Prego that was like eating a onion cheese sandwich with next to no meat that had no flavor. When ordering the guy was not friendly an when asked about food he just said it’s on the menu. Didn’t seem to either know the food or didn’t want to talk.highly don’t recommend lunch here.

Food, service, atmosphere are all amazing! Pan de Nata absolutely delicious. Mediterranean omelet was deliciously savory and the waffle with strawberries and bananas with real whipped cream was incredible not too sweet. All around an sublime dining experience!

Sad to have to wait 45 minutes for food that I could barely chew (the French toast) I’d have been better off making my own breakfast at home…

Only thing I liked was the atmosphere and my tea. Bend needs more breakfast places! 🙁

Excellent place to grab a bite to eat. Had some Portuguese Benedict’s and a delicious Mocha. Almost no wait. Parking is fairly easily available early on in the day.
Very pleasing aesthetic and excellent food, with minimal wait periods during quiet and early hours. Well worth the visit.
