Excellent place. The bread was fluffy and the butters were rich and flavorful. The burrata appetizer was delicious. The squid ink risotto with shrimp and the papardelle with lamb were both wonderful; the portions are moderate in size. The lemon tart was exquisite, light and sweet. The drinks were alright.
The service was very attentive. We sat outside on a warm night and the atmosphere was perfect. We spent $180.97 after tax before tip and it was totally worth it.

Single Shot was a tasty, fun, and relaxing dinner. We haven’t spent much time in the area but will for sure explore more. Service was quick and helpful, and the menu was well varied. The gnocchi was especially delicious, if albeit small portions. The atmosphere/decorations were also quite well done. Drinks could have been stronger, but maybe that’s our preference.

One of my favorite places to get brunch in all of Seattle! Most brunch spots here are diner-y, in comparison Single Shot is way more delicious (imo) and super high quality. Would definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand.

Single shot has the best service I’ve seen, especially for larger groups! My group of 12 experience above and beyond service, delicious food, and exciting cocktails! They have a great wine list, and even partner with a nearby bakery to source custom cakes for events. My whole group loved the experience and ambiance, and it’s nestled in an adorable neighborhood. I recommend completely to anyone looking for a nice date night or a lively group dinner!

The mushroom omelette that I had was very good and the best omelette that I’ve had in a while. Perhaps you can see in the picture it was perfectly cooked and was light and fluffy. The arugula worked well here too.
