My partner and I visited this restaurant yesterday and was so excited!! We ordered seafood callaloo, two seafood cakes, goat roti, two doubles, goat meat with rice and potatoes, and a peanut punch. After trying everything, the best was the doubles and the peanut punch. Overall, the meats needed more seasoning. The texture was pretty good, but the flavor was missing. They did have a variety of desserts on display and the service and atmosphere was top tier! We were kind of disappointed with the food, so we probably won’t be back.

One thing about West Indian food…..the more rude the staff, the better the food! Ignore the review and come here. My lunch today was FANTASTIC! Curry shrimp, pumpkin, spinach and buss up shot- AMAZING. My only disappointment was no Saheena or Shark but I will be back on Sunday before I fly home.

Yesterday I bought food from Singh Roti Shop and the food was very unsanitary. I found hair in the food and they also gave me spinach in the dol puri which I told them I didn’t want. I had to throw away my dinner. I called and someone told me I can go back to the store and they will redo the order. When I returned the next day cashier was giving me a hard time and tried to explain myself she tried to dismiss me and cut me off while speaking as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Idk why give me such a hard time and let me explain myself. Don’t waste your money here. Poor service and professionalism. They ended up redoing the order. But I had to go thru a haste to explain myself because the cashier didn’t ask her manager what was going on.

We had doubles, curry chicken with curry potatoes and channa and roti, and pholourie with tamarind sauce – yum! The staff was helpful and pleasant, we will be back.

Not friendly people here.if They are there now showing it Everyone too busy doing nothing to greet you with you visit their business slow service I think the problem with people is they open business and they have no idea how to deal with the public to enhance their business They forgetting that they are in America they have to compete with other business here in America It’s your more friendly at least when you walk in their business at least they welcome you and they come in their business

Rating for service which is poor. Spent $90 plus left $10 tip for a total of $100 and ate all the food there with co-workers who were trying Trinidadian food for the first time. Needed a single to-go container for leftovers and they had the audacity to charge me $2 for a cheap foil container like in the attached photo. Suggest going to another roti shop where they appreciate customers.

I’d love to give the service a big O. Those girls are the most sour and unpleasant people I’ve ever met. You should not be allowed to Serve people food with that kind of attitude. We drove 40 minutes to get food from Singh’s and I left there feeling very angry at the way we were served. I’d love to speak to the owner of this place. That’s the kind of behavior that will never have customers return, just bad for business!

I drove 18 hours to Singh’s Roti shop only to be disappointed, disgusted and appalled by the people(cashiers/servers) they need proper training on how to treat their customers, not a smile not a greeting

The workers’ attitude was very poor. One person in particular was not patient, even though it was difficult to hear what she was saying in a Jamaican accent. The food was similar to the worker very poor. Chick peas were going bad, praying not to become ill. This is unfortunate. Therefore, the owner needs to address these situation, however it’s my last visit.
