For a chain that prides itself in consistency, I would expect to be treated to the general standard of respect. I’ve come to this location every week since June, and today as I was eating my breakfast the security guard threatened to kick me out. He did not assert that he was security until the second time he came around, I truthfully thought he was a homeless man trying to bother me so I ignored him. He later asserted he was security and that I was not allowed to sit in, I asked how everyone else was, and he replied that no one was allowed to. How does that make sense as a paying customer. I rushed up to the manager thinking I was unsafe and being harassed, and as it turned out that they have a policy that they do not allow high school students inside from the hours of 7-11am. However, I am a regular customer who has repeatedly came in in her scrubs, which I was wearing today. The security did not explain to me why I was kicked out or ask to see my ID, he assumed and targeted me thinking I was weak. There was no sign posted of this policy either, it was one thing if he let me know of this policy but he was on a power trip. If I hadn’t stayed back an extra 29 minutes, I wouldn’t have gotten an apology. The manager should have made him apologize immediately or even stepped in originally given that I am a regular customer. No one, even staff, cared that I was being harassed, or tried to make up for it with compensation like my local McDonalds. I had to sit with another customer to feel safe, staff did not intervene with anything other than a “Don’t worry.” I will no longer be visiting this store, they lost a loyal customer. And even if I was a high school student, I had my headphones on, quietly attempted to eat my breakfast, and was not bothering anyone, so I do not see what the issue was. His apology that I looked young despite me wearing scrubs, age does not warrant treating ANYONE with such condescension. I am a college graduate,

When did McDonalds stop being a “fast” food establishment. Why offer the app to do a quick pickup when you have to wait AT A STOP SIGN? This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that does this and they don’t have nearly the drive through or indoor traffic as some other McDonald’s establishment.

I was standing at the counter waiting to pick up my order, and one of the staff told me I was blocking the kitchen door. That’s fine—I would’ve moved right away if he had just said it politely. I didn’t even realize I was standing in the way. What bothered me was the way he said it, all sarcastic, like I was doing it on purpose. He could’ve easily gone around me from the other side to get into the kitchen anyway. I don’t have any issue with him, and I definitely didn’t mean to cause trouble. But he still walked in looking annoyed and impatient. I’m a paying customer—I’m there to buy food, not to be treated poorly. Honestly, this has to be the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s in New York.

McDonald’s is mediocre at best. While the staff is generally friendly, they are clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, and it shows. The location struggles badly with handling large influxes of customers, both in the drive-through and at the counter. Orders are frequently forgotten, and customers are left waiting without updates.
Management appears flustered under pressure. Order numbers are repeatedly called out without coordination, and there’s little evidence of a clear system for prioritizing orders. Employees end up obsessively checking order numbers because they keep losing track of what’s next.
Paying with cash is especially frustrating. There is almost never a cashier available, effectively forcing customers to order in advance or use kiosks. Overall, the experience feels disorganized and inefficient, making it a poor option when the restaurant is even moderately busy.

I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the food came fast. The restaurant is very clean.

I ordered breakfast online and there is a hair in one of the sandwiches. This has never happened to me at a McDonalds before, very concerned about the hygiene and safety of this place

I placed my order through the app. After confirming the order at the Drive-Thru speaker, the employee at the pickup window instructed me to go to Curbside spot 6 to wait.

I waited there for one hour, and no one brought my order to me. I went inside to the front counter to ask about it, and they had absolutely no idea what happened to the order.

After waiting for a whole hour and finally receiving my order, I didn’t even receive a single apology.

It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat, but I don’t recommend going right after high school classes end because the place becomes complete chaos.

The orange juice was diluted with at least 50% water. I ordered a large fries, but the portion was barely between a small and a medium. Every single time I ordered an ice cream cone before, it tasted like water was mixed in.

I honestly don’t understand why everything at this location — drinks and ice cream included — seems to be watered down. How much cost are they really trying to save?

The Big Mac I ordered was even worse. The bun was the hardest I’ve ever had, hands down — the texture was literally like cardboard.

This place is a must-avoid. Without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I am very disappointed with my Drive-Thru experience this morning. I placed my order online, waited in the left lane, but no one asked for my order number. Meanwhile, three cars in the right lane were served without issue. I had to drive to the window to explain the situation, was told to move forward, and then waited another 4 minutes with still no food.

In the end, I paid, wasted nearly 10 minutes, and left with nothing. This is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to be “fast.” I hope management will take this seriously and improve both efficiency and customer service.
