I enjoyed everything from start to finish! The kickin bourbon wings were my favorite! Glenda was the sweetest and most caring soul, she felt like family. Pizza also great! Loved the crust and the cheese pull.

Very nice people! Great atmosphere! I was loving the music! Food was fresh & delicious. Can’t beat buy two get one FREE! We were given a cookie & brownie at no charge. We will return! FYI… If you dine in you’re given FREE bread & sauce. You can bring in drinks too! Thanks so much SINGAS on Monroe Rd!

Exceptional service by Glenda (the good witch) on a first time visit by 2 couples.

Pizza was delicious and crisp. A bit more sauce that is just a little sweeter than I am accustomed to. The salad was a good size as well. A single 14″ pizza is probably enough for two people. Their take on garlic bread was interesting and will please anyone that likes garlic.

I assume they have more of a takeout customer base. Canned or bottled drinks are available for dining in. There are a few tables and a counter along the window for individuals or smaller groups.

Signas Pizza started in NY in 1967 and began franchising in 2004. This is my first time going to a Signas and I enjoyed it!  The sauce was definitely the star of the show for me!  It was very tasty.

There is no fountain drink machine, only cans and bottles, so that was a bit disappointing for if you dine in.  They have 2 small 4 seat tables, 1 six seater and then high top chairs along the window.

Small 1 topping is reasonable at $9.95.  No slices and no lunch specials.  Only promotion they run is buy 2 10″ 1+ topping pizzas, get a cheese for free, so that is a pretty good deal if you are getting multiple pizzas.

We ordered a big order last night. Came to pick it up at the requested time. I didn’t get the employees name but he was hustling getting our order for ten people put together.

3 pizzas
5 subs
3+ apps

It took longer than expected but he kept everything warm, well organized and was 99% correct – including a topping swap on one of the pizzas I figured was a wish.

Anyway. Give him some props. Everyone liked their food.

Singas Pizza in Oakhurst is a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy something beyond the ordinary in Charlotte. Owned by Enrique, a NY native, this spot isn’t serving up traditional NY pizza. It’s pan-style pizza, a creation that hails from the Berkshires of Massachusetts. The 10” personal pans and 14” pies are made to order, featuring dough with a delightful flavor and crispiness, piled high with cheese and a sauce that’s on the sweeter side (a win in my book).

I tried the eggplant pizza, and let me tell you, the fried-to-order eggplant stole the show. If they ever add an eggplant parmigiana entree to the menu, it might just become my go-to spot for it. My dining partner ordered the veggie pizza, which was packed with fresh veggies, and the sturdy crust held up like a champ. We both agreed this isn’t NY pizza, but it’s absolutely fantastic in its own right.

The sauce and cheese stretch all the way to the crust, so there’s no need for extra dipping sauces. Every bite is perfectly balanced. This place leans more toward takeout, but if you choose to dine in, there are plenty of seats available. Bonus points for the free parking in the large lot.

And now for Glinda. She’s the real star of the show. With a name like that, it’s only fitting that she’s as sweet and welcoming as the Good Witch herself. Visiting Singas feels like entering the Emerald City of pizza, and Glinda’s customer service magic will have you clicking your heels, saying, “There’s no place like Singas.”

I’ll be back for more of this pizza perfection and, of course, to see Glinda again. Don’t sleep on this spot. It’s a hidden treasure in Oakhurst!

My friend Alice had recommended Singas pizza that was now in NC!! She was born in New York and said from her personal experience this will be the best pizza you’ve ever had!! She was not wrong! Fantastic made to order pizza! Everyone was so friendly and Glinda was super sweet and gave the best customer service ever!! It’s a very friendly, family atmosphere. They actually care about you and making the best meal ever! Glinda let me know of all specials and was sweet and patient while I was trying to decide. The pics are of the cheese, pepperoni, bbq chicken and a build your own made with eggplant, onions, garlic, tomato and pepperoni with the white base. All were amazing! 6 personal pizzas for under $50 (with current promo’s) and they were huge! 5 of us had enough for dinner and lunch the next day! Please let’s make this place the hot Spot in Charlotte!!

This is a well-known NYC pizza joint with many locations. I was a little spectacle on how the taste & texture would be. To my surprise, it wasn’t bad. I’ll give about a 6 1/2 out of 10. The pizza was decent but the wings were delicious.

This pizza is TRULY the best pie in Charlotte. The owner “cares” and even stocks Singa’s hot oil, which for us, is a must addition. Give this place some love Charlotte. You won’t be disappointed.
