I called for a carryout of a Taco Bowl and was greeted by accommodating and patient gentleman. My first time ordering was great and I am glad that I was able to try a new to me food establishment. The order was being prepared as I waited in a lovely ambiance bar/dining/pickup area. All of the staff were gracious and pleasant.
The taco bowl was decent but I would have like a bit more filling (beans and shrimp) with the veggies. I asked for extra guac and sour cream and wasn’t charged more. For a 1st time visit, I can return and order this same menu item again. Thank you for a amazing visit and being open on a holiday!!

Super friendly staff and good tasting fresh food. The burrito was a little small, but it was nice that it came with a side salad.

Happy accident we showed up during happy hour. We were looking to split some appetizers and have a few drinks –they delivered. The yuca w/ chicharones, baleadas and chicken enchiladas were stellar. Affordable, plentiful & delicious.

Mexican food is delicious, Peruvian dishes are authentic. Great service and very clean restaurant. Prices are a little high but it’s well worth it. Outside seating available. Not many people go there because it’s hard to see from main road, but I think it’s Glen Burnie’s best kept secret. I will be going back.

I’ve enjoyed this place since discovering it many years ago. They have an outdoor patio now, too. The owner is really friendly and accommodating! He’s made it a point to introduce himself and chat with our group several times since I’ve been going there. I was feeling different last time and decided to get the seared tuna. It was the best seared tuna I can remember having. And I eat seafood all over the place. Very impressive and I highly recommend it. This is one of my favorite little restaurants! 🙂

This was a great surprise. We were about to go in to Outback and decided to try this instead. It’s now our go-to for Latin American food. Chicken burrito was awesome and my wife loved the Ropa Vieja. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. When you get here, just take a seat and someone will come take your order.

I’ve been to Sin Fronteras twice, and it has been a very pleasant experience both times. It is unassuming from the outside, but inside it is always clean and someone is generally there to seat and serve you quickly.
The first time I went I ordered the ropa vieja and enjoyed it. I recently went for my birthday and ordered the chile en nogada, and it was delicious. The portion was not huge, and someone with a bigger appetite may want more, but it was a great amount for me and I left very satisfied. For an appetizer we also ordered the nachos with chorizo, which were delicious. I remember the guac being good as well. The chips were salty and crunchy and tasted fresh, but the salsa served when we sat tasted a bit old to me, but it was good if you like a mild cantina style salsa.
Our table shared both the flan and bread pudding for dessert. Maybe I am not used to what flan should taste like, but the caramel sauce was a bit overpowering and had a strong flavor I didn’t recognize. The Latin bread pudding, however, was outstanding. It was served warm with ice cream. It was soft but not mushy, had great cinnamon flavor and moisture from the raisins.
To drink, two of us ordered margaritas, which are large (!!) and well balanced, not overly sweet or like an artificial mixer. One of us ordered a rum/coconut drink off the cocktail menu, which was also delicious.
The service was great, and we always had what we needed and got everything we ordered quickly. If you are looking for a local and non-chain Mexican food establishment, check out Sin Fronteras!

Awesome hidden gem, great food with varied menu of Latin dishes, some common ones like ropa vieja but then some rare ones like Honduran baleados. Super friendly service.

I can’t deal with the menu prices saying one price and then I’m charged more when I walk in to pick up the order. I’m told that the price I saw on the menu was for when you order online. If that’s true then state the difference on the menu. The difference should be refunded to a first-time customer.
