Popped in for a quick drink before an afternoon at the arcade and ended up enjoying $2 tacos and yuca fries. The tacos were fantastic street style and the yuca fries were fluffy with a nice crisp exterior. JP at the bar was fantastic — offering excellent craft cocktails and great conversation.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Sin-A-Loa is an absolute gem — from the vibrant beachy vibes to the killer cocktails, everything here is top tier. But let me tell you… the birria tacos? Life-changing. Perfectly crispy, juicy, flavorful — they basically melt in your mouth. I’ve had birria all over the country and this is hands down my favorite.
What made the experience even better was Carly, our waitress. She was the absolute sweetest — super attentive, hilarious, and gave amazing recommendations. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it made the whole night feel like we were hanging out with a friend.
This place has the full package: atmosphere, food, drinks, and stellar service. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation (and ask for Carly!).

I don’t know if I should put 1 star for the interaction I had with the manager, or 5 stars for the service i received by the waitress Mallory.
Here is our experience
Yesterday July 4th after an awesome day at Salisbury Beach my husband and I decided to eat something before heading home. We came in, we were sitting outside, the waitress was really nice, friendly, attentive, we order some margaritas and another kind and friendly server brought some chips and salsa. Everything was great so far.
We order our food my husband order a pork burrito and I order the birria tacos.
My husband asked for extra meat on his burrito. When the food comes out we noticed that the burrito was full of rice and it didn’t have much meat as he requested extra meat on his burrito. We thought they forgot so we simply ask the waiter, did they put the extra meat on the burrito? She said yes, i believe so, my husband show her the burrito and he says it doesn’t look like it. She apologized and she said let me go check it out and see what happened. We didn’t care at this point we were hungry we just let it be and we started eating our food. The waiter comes back and asked if the manager came over? We reply no and it’s fine don’t worry about it everything is fine we enjoying our food don’t worry about it. My husband told her numerous times don’t worry about it we are eating we enjoying our food not a big deal. We thought that was it but shortly after that the manager come to the table and stand there, didn’t introduce herself or anything husband and I look at her like, whats going on, who are you. Lol we didn’t know who she was or what was happening lol
She looks at my husband and ask “everything ok?” We said yes, at this point we are eating drinking enjoying our time. She says “any problem with your food or something like that” my husband said oh no i just thought that i didn’t get the extra meat i ordered. In a weird and rude way she then said I will go back in the kitchen and see what happened because if you are not happy I need to find out What happened. It was so awkward and so unnecessary the way she said that. We never said we wasn’t happy.
My husband again says to her no it’s fine I’m okay don’t worry about it. he said this numerous time, he repeated himself, nope he’s fine I’m enjoying my food everything is fine don’t worry about it. She left to the kitchen, at this point me and my husband are feeling awkward we just want to finish and leave already not because of the waitress but because the manager. some short time pass and she comes back with a small bowl with meat, she placed it on the table and while she doing so she tells my husband the order was made correctly but here’s some extra meat and she just walks away. It was so rude it was so unnecessary we felt so awkward and so disrespected. It was so unprofessional. I will never go back to this place and its sad because we go to Salisbury Beach a lot. We have been going to Salisbury Beach for a long time and we have never had this type of treatment. Mallory you were great thank you for your kind service.

My family has eaten here a couple of times and both times has been perfect. The service is amazing. The food is even better. Drinks are perfect. Chips and salsa are fresh, tasty and crisp. What else can a person ask for?

Great restaurant in Salisbury Beach area. Great margaritas and buckets of beer drink specials. The food was great. The Mexican street corn and nachos with carne asada were fantastic appetizers and great to share, plenty for table of 5. Tuesday night they have $2 taco special. Son upgraded and had the pork belly tacos for $3 and was a steal for the quality. The chicken tinga quesadilla and birria tacos were delicious. The steak burrito was okay, would for sure stick to the tacos and quesadillas next time as were fantastic.

This is NOT the place for Taco Tuesday. The tacos are two bite tacos, and it took 35 min to get the first round. We ordered more, only to wait an additional 40 minutes. We had to get seconds and everyone still left hungry. The tacos were decent, definitely street tacos. The second round had more meat at least (3 tablespoons of meat instead of 2?). This picture shows two tacos on a small plate. Just don’t do it.

Great place to stop before seeing a show at Blue Ocean. Friendly staff, great good and very reasonable prices. Our waitress Mallory was great. Big smile and prompt service. We would definitely go back.

The service:
I’ll start my review by talking about our server who was the highlight of my visit, the first time I’ve been mind you.
We had Maddie who was extremely attentive, personable, and Interactive. We did benefit from it being a bit slower so she was able to chat with us more. She made our visit fun to the point we’d like to go back just to see her.
The atmosphere:
Beyond the wonderful server I enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere which I didn’t expect inside. It was Clean and unique but still has that cantina vibe. I will say it was a bit loud especially for the number of people inside to the point I couldn’t hear across the table at points. The atmosphere would get a higher score if the acoustics were different but overall its lovely inside.
The food:
I appreciated that they gave us chips and salsa some places don’t even do that anymore. I can’t remember if it was complimentary or if just the first tray was, I will update upon next visit.
I was disappointed they didn’t have guacamole as their shipment of avocados wasn’t ripe yet and I appreciated that Maddie was honest with us about it as it affected our orders. I Willl update score once I can try their guacamole.
I got the yuca fries as an app, which were lovely would get again, highly recommend. I also got the barria tacos which are known to be messy and greasy (which they were) fair warning. The consume could have used a bit more spice. My only complaint truthfully was the size of the taco for the price, they were street style but could of used more. If I hadn’t had the chips and salsa and the yuca fries I think I’d of had to get a second order of tacos. Also note the rice you get with the tacos Is delightfully spicy but make sure to mention to your server if you can’t handle a little spicy.
I’m looking forward to trying this place again soon and would recommend while noting my few caveats from above and that I’ll update this review upon my next visit.

Had a lovely dinner outside on the patio Friday night. Beautiful sunset view. Mallory was our spicy fun waitress and we really enjoyed all of the tacos,the yucca fries, and the birria was amazing! We will be back.
