Ordered online, got a text saying my order was ready, get there still had to wait almost 40 minutes. food was not worth the hype. meatloaf was drowned in too much sauce. If I would have known how it was served I would have got the sauce on the side or no sauce at all. Husband got the smallest baked leg quarter I’ve ever seen. Mac and cheese had some type of weird ingredient. Greens needed more flavor. Won’t be back. Mississippi Belle is still my number one choice.

There’s nothing fried about the corn. They may have put it in a skillet but, that’s where it stops because it is straight out of the can. The flavor of the sweet potatoes was good although they were chopped up for those with no teeth. I also think the flavor of the pork chops was decent although the gravy was a bit thin. This is not what I think of when I think of Southern cooking. This was my first ever visit and for the price, it does not beckon me to return.

Just contacted them about a long grey hair in my food and I just called to let them know to be aware be careful I already got a refund they got defensive and swore no one had grey hair and the cook had no hair like I’m just making this up I sent pictures to door dash if I was lying I wouldn’t have got a refund. I’m done; this place has gone done hill fast. Placed an online order for pickup, and what I picked up was chicken that was obviously cooked in old/burnt grease. Of course I didn’t see until I got home. I called and was told that they didn’t give refunds; however they would put my name in “the book” and I could get order at a later time. When I called today, I spoke someone who acted very ignorant and then accused me of getting an attitude. I’m done, won’t be going back again
