How do not carry jalapeño poppers! That’s the whole reason I come here. The sadness is overwhelming . My whole birthday is ruined. And the bronco berry sauce… how can it be replaced? I haven’t eaten another jelly since discovering it! I have to rewrite my future and cancel dinner with myself again.

According to the employee I spoke too this location does not use red ranch on the beef N cheddar. I have never been told this at any location across the country. If its not obvious I eat arbys alot. I do not recommend this location.

They will not clean up the tables. And chairs in the lobby area. Nasty. I will never eat at Arby’s in Kearney Missouri. The manager even walked through the lobby. To check on the skeleton at one of the tables. And walked back to the kitchen. Without even trying to clean up the lobby. Just plain Nasty.

It’s very nice can clean Arby’s. I got myself number 12 which is a great one to have it you’re looking to start making a diet it’s a turkey sandwich and you can change the fries for a side salad with a Diet Coke nice and good the meal was great only 8 bucks

Was on vacation and our car broke down for the night so we had to walk to get food close by and they let us in late to eat our food. Super friendly employees and manager. Very knowledgeable. Food was the best I’ve had. Hot fresh food, tasted good. Definitely recommend!

I went to Arby’s on January 5th, 2021 at around 4:30 PM and the service was good! The food was good and delicious! I’ve never had any food poisoning yet from this place and I go there a lot, which means they are doing great of handling food! The Clay County mask mandate is always there and they always follow the mandate rules! I forgot to say “Plain” on my chicken sandwich, so we went back to the drive-thru and the wait wasn’t too long! Once we arrived to the window, I talked to the person at the window about the plain chicken sandwich and they had to remake it without anything on it! When I got it, it was plain! And they apologized about the chicken sandwich, which is still professional! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, the star rating does not affect, it will stay at a 5 star! They always wear masks while working and I like that and I think they wash hands after customer interaction which is good! If you are concerned about COVID, you are still safe from the workers because they always wear masks! Here a pro tip! Make sure you check your receipt before leaving because it could be a wrong order. If you see a wrong order on your receipt, go back to the drive-thru and go to the window about your mistake you just saw on your receipt! I’d still recommend going to Arby’s! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, I’d still say a 10/10 would recommend go to Arby’s and here are the photos attached down below!

Although the young man at the counter was helpful, our experience overall was horrid. Our first order contained French fries that were so old I couldn’t bite thought them. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and slimy. After taking it back and receiving our replacement, I was again disappointed. The fries were the wrong kind and the sandwich was cold and stale. Never going back.

Went through the drive thru. No issues understanding through the speaker. Relatively quick service, immediately after paying they let me know the fries were 1 minute as they were a fresh drop. Food was good, no complaints.
