One of the best pho bowls I’ve had. Top 5 at least. Broth tasted clean yet flavorful. Also the best tea I’ve had at a Vietnamese restaurant. Place was clean as well.

We felt incredibly lucky to have found this restaurant, especially in a shopping mall where the food court options were pretty standard.
This isn’t meant as a criticism, but many Vietnamese restaurants tend to attract insects or have sticky floors—possibly due to the sauces used. However, this place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They even had a diaper changing station, which made it a comfortable and welcoming spot for families with babies.
The noodles were slightly overcooked and a bit too soft, but still within an acceptable range—and the flavor overall was absolutely delicious. The rare beef was served perfectly rare, and we were very satisfied with our meal.
If we visit Tsawwassen Mills again, we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A nice establishment. Spacious and clean atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. Good food, with generous portions. The spring rolls were too greasy for my liking (oozing oil). Everything else we ordered was good. We’ll definitely be back!
The mall food is more expensive, and not as good. Do yourself a favor, and make the trip across the street for this. You won’t regret it!

Dropped by here before taking the ferry. This restaurant is very clean and it even shows in the pho broth. The pho was tasty and the meats were cut nicely.
I ordered the pho đặc biệt, great taste, good size, good price.
Would definitely come here again before my next trip on the ferry.

Vermicelli bowl had a generous amount of chicken which was well-seasoned and perfectly grilled. Noise tends to bounce around, could maybe use sound reducing wall panels? Food is always fresh and service is prompt. This will continue to be our go to place when we visit Tsawwassen Mills.

Came here with my family earlier on in the year so this review is long overdue; however, I still want to share my opinion. We ordered the noodle soup (Number 2/ 3). It was good. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We also ordered the spring roll.
I was actually surprised by the amount of soup in the noodle soup as I was expecting the dish to be primarily made out of noodles, beef slices and beef balls. Let the other Google users know if that has changed in the last couple of months when you dine or takeout for this restaurant.

It is a great spot for a quick meal away from the mall. Great service, casual atmosphere. Enjoyed our food. We came looking for simple food and we enjoyed what we had. The Pho was decent the Bahn Mi was excellent. Wonton soup was decent. Good lunch.

The food choices in the area lack inspiration to say the least as most are your typical fast food. Don’t even get me started on the pathetic mall food court. This is one of the better options in the area if you want a step up. Is it an amazing bowl of pho? Nah…. But it’s better than decent and the restaurant feels clean and fresh.

We ordered a #3, two #59 (mine with no onion or sprouts), an order of chicken wings and an order of the fried squid. All of the noodle dishes were delicious! The bun bo hue had nice flavour and they gave us extra chili oil since we like it spicyyy. The wings and squid were fried fresh! Crispiness on the wings were in point. Definitely recommend a squeeze of lime on both the squid and the wings!
The staff were all super attentive and kind. It was very busy in there today but the staff were all in great moods and constantly checked in on how we felt about the food. We didn’t feel rushed and our tea cups were always full! Definitely my recommendation if you’re looking for pho in Ladner/Tsawwassen!

A lot of people walked in during the time we dined in for lunch so I thought this must be a popular place in the area. It is clean and the atmosphere is so so. The servers are pleasant and efficient but the House special pho is very basic. I could name a few more pho places who serves a lot better.
