Just had breakfast from Simply Panini and everything was great *except* why would you use died green filler sauce and call it pesto? Pesto is olive oil, basil, garlic, and a nut element that could be skipped… so simple and delicious! It could even be mixed with mayo in the right proportions and be good. This sauce was an immediate red flag when I opened the container and it barely tastes like anything. The early bird breakfast sandwich would be so much better with a sauce made from real food.

Came here yesterday and my experience was great. It’s a relatively small cafe but they have a decent size menu. I order the Turkey Panini with avocado and the berry mixed smoothie. The Panini was soooo delicious! Probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The smoothie was also extremely delicious. I would definitely return!

Cute little cafe with great coffee drinks and sandwiches. There’s not much room inside to sit, but they have several tables in a covered entryway. The menu has several sandwich options and the breakfast options we had were surprisingly large. My boys would have been happy to split the special.

They are super nice and very attentive to the orders , I love the cali chicken press and it’s always a great sandwich for lunch and it’s only like 12-14$ so that pretty affordable compared to other sandwich’s in Tacoma. The baristas are very knowledgeable and can make custom drinks if you ask , the checkout gives you a cost breakdown before you pay so it’s not confusing or anything , its a great local spot that deserves more attention
