Extremely Disappointing Experience – First and Last Visit
This was my first time trying this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The staff seemed uninterested and provided very poor service with no sense of hospitality. The food was extremely unbalanced in flavor—some dishes were overwhelmingly salty while others were excessively sweet.
The orange chicken was especially disappointing: it was mostly batter with barely any actual chicken inside, and the portion size was surprisingly small for the price. As an Asian customer who values proper cooking and respectful service, this experience was far below basic expectations. I truly expected more, but nothing met even a minimum standard of quality or care.

I’m been getting combo plates from Wok Express for nearly 20 years and it’s always consistently been the best fast food Chinese takeout spot this city has had.
I am absolutely stoked that they are open later, and doing take out so I don’t have to actually go to the mall food court to get it.
My go to is the 3 item combo with fried noodles. Nice to pick and choose different items each time to order.

Ordered the 3 item combo. The chicken and beef dishes were flavourful and appetizing. The chow mein noodles were bland and I would not recommend. For the price of a 3 item combo ($15 with tax), I would not go again. Staff were pleasant.

Everything taste the same. Only 2 options overly salty or mildly sweet. Its been hit or miss over the years but i think its time they change up the menu. It all taste the same. Like cheap sauces with to much msg or salt. The ppl are not that great at talking to the customers. So the customer service sucks. I had better service at a lunch Cafeteria in high school. Please reconsider changing the menu and your look. Def taste your food. If i was blindfolded i would not have been able to tell what was one thing from another just from taste.

It’s not often I am able to treat myself to fast food, but I figured, what the heck, I haven’t had Chinese food in ages and I was in a hurry. I have tried this place in the past and it’s been hit and miss, mostly miss, but I tried again. This time, big miss. The service was fine, the gentleman server was pleasant (I’ve had non-pleasant service in the past from someone else), but I ordered the noodles or rice and one item dish. So, I asked for the bean sprouts instead of rice as the noodle portion. I would have to say there were three bean sprouts and the rest was shredded cabbage. I paid almost $13 for a few bite size chunks of not-so-stellar Sesame Chicken and a pile of warm tasteless stringy coleslaw wearing bean sprout camo. If it weren’t for the single packet of plum sauce I had to get up and ask for…(and was able to swing two), I would have saved this for the dog… what a let down. WAY too expensive for low quality food. I think I’ve learned my lesson after so many attempts to give this place another chance. From now on I walk on by Wok Express.

We ordered for the first time yesterday and everything was awesome and was delivered fairly quick. Nice presentation, clean and neat, excellent taste and if this isn’t house made than you fooled me. Excellent, I highly recommend
