I recently visited Simon’s Pizza in Portales, NM, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While I was willing to give it a try, I was disappointed with the prices, especially considering we only ordered a small and medium pizza. The cost seemed a bit steep for what we received.
We arrived on time to pick up our order, and the food was ready in about 20 minutes, which was a positive. The small pizza was just as we ordered, but unfortunately, it was quite greasy, which was a bit off-putting. The medium pizza, which we had customized with pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple, was missing both the jalapeños and pineapple—two toppings we paid extra for.
This was a letdown, and I highly recommend Simon’s Pizza double-checks orders before they are picked up to ensure accuracy. Overall, while the pizza wasn’t terrible, the lack of attention to detail and high prices made it less than

This was the best food I’ve ever eaten from a Simple Simon! The owners provided pizzas and sandwiches to the tailgate party at ENMU Football Alumni. Outstanding!! The owners are great people and have a servants heart.

The breadsticks was not cooked fully
The wings had no flavor
The medium supreme dough was not good and the toppings was just thrown on the pizza

Everyone said they had good pizza so we thought we would try. Back to Dominos Pizza.

Pizza was great however, 10 dollars for just four measly wings is a ridiculous price. The online order doesn’t even say how many wings you get just small, medium, or large. For that price I would expect at least 6 wings.

Had Simple Simon’s for the first time today. We are from NJ and have had lots of pizza. The offerings here are amazing and delicious. We will definitely be back.
Last night, I messaged them on Facebook to ask about gluten friendly options. Even though it was late, and the store was closed, they responded letting me know the options available to stay gluten friendly. Had the Keto pizza and Cauliflower crust options and they were both mouth watering. Can’t wait to try the Keto bowl next.

Food was cold and greasy, pepperoni was burnt and over cooked. I bought a small pizza. I also ordered small bone-in wings and they were burnt and flavorless. They didn’t have any sauce or seasoning. Not worth the 37 dollars spent.

I’ve had two different calzones boneless garlic wings the chocolate chip cookie my kids have had the sandwiches and we have ordered a stuffed crust pizza from there and a sausage pepperoni and all are cooked to perfection my kids loved it definitely be going back.

Good food and service, but that girl needs help. Everytime I have gone in it was one single person doing EVERYTHING. Cashier, cook, phones, drive-thru. Makes me feel guilty and I will only go in if it’s dead now. I looked up what they pay. Not enough to run a restaurant on your own while lining someone else’s pockets.
