Have always been happy with service and food. Has been a while since we have ordered. Went in today to get pizza and noticed how dirty the check out area was. Dust all over the place. Even the dinosaur had a spider web reaching down to the floor. It takes very little time to wipe down a counter and sweep the floor. The pizza was great as usual and the guy who took my call in order and the one who brought out our pizza were both very pleasant and nice. I just cannot get over a filthy black counter covered in dust. Even the cash register was dirty. Not sure who the manager is but they should make sure that the place is being cleaned. I will continue to order pizza there but just disappointing to see such a dirty counter. Soda area was almost empty but there have been a lot of delays due to the weather so that could be the issue on sodas. I don’t mean to be rude. Just please keep it clean.

Omg, they have green olives! So few pizza places have green olives anymore. My pizza was amazing and I’m sad my home town doesn’t have one like this.

Another local pizza place closed early with no notice, and was still accepting orders. We were still charged and never got our pizza. We called Simple Simon’s 15 minutes before they closed and the manager gladly accepted our order and got it to us in 15 minutes! Fantastic service, so thankful for them. Great experience!

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional.
100% satisfaction with everything I have eaten from the place.
The only thing about this business that I can’t honestly recommend is dining in, due to this location only having a small bar with barstools along the front of the building. If I were younger, that wouldn’t be an issue, but having back issues and sitting on bar stools in most places isn’t a pleasant experience for me, but at least they do have some seating for dining in, as opposed to another pizza place that I shall not name that has “Hut” in their name.
This place may very well be the cleanest overall in Glen Rose from the few times I have gone in vs. going through their drive-through.

My family and I are new to town, and we gave this Pizza place a shot and man. First off, folks are friendly and the food is absolutely immaculate. Honestly, the Pizza is literally 11/10 best ive ever had. Will be a regular customer.

Called to have my order remade and everything was great. Told them my name and issue they verified Information and no problem she took my order to have it correct for me. Well I had car issues on the way up there and couldn’t call and told them what was going on They were gonna deliver the pizza to me. What a blessing greatly I was grateful. Well it’s an hour till closing so I call and try to see what is going on I get put on hold before I can even say anything and it’s been almost 7 mins since I’ve been on hold? Guess the gentleman forgot he put me on hold. So.. can I still have my order though?

Family member in hospital. We needed a bite. I placed an order online. When I went to pick up the business was closed. Called corporate office for help. Corporate had no idea why Glen Rose location was closed. They did promise to reimburse my credit card transaction. Four days later, I still have not been reimbursed. I will contact corporate on Monday for follow-up.
