What an amazing meal experience! This was our first time as we were on our way through town from a camping trip. Cynthia, who is a shift leader there, is so helpful and is TOP TIER!! She was extremely kind and attentive to my family’s needs. The food was delicious and we’ll definitely make it part of our trip for next time! Thank you Simple Simon’s!

We ordered pizza and breadsticks, the cashier didn’t let us know that it’s an hour long wait, who is going to wait an hour for pizza? There wasn’t even a queue, it’s just a bunch of kids back there laughing around. We got a refund after 30 mins and left.

The Nashville location wouldn’t honor a gift card that was given as a donation to a children’s event. The gift card was only $25!!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional, the card is good until 06/01/26. I have been a loyal customer for years but will no longer support this business. It was a $25 fake donation!!! Who does something like that???? It was for the kids!!!!!! Thank you but no worries, I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

The “chicken bacon ranch calizone” was So good. Tons of flavor and baked to perfection. But it shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes! to make. That’s ridiculous. We ordered it to go and sat down to wait. (Only one other customer in the restaurant at the time.) 20 minutes later, the shift manager & 2 other employees congregate at the front, talking about our order and staring at us, then the shift manager goes to the back and starts making it. Turns out, it took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich then realize it wasn’t what we ordered. At no point does anyone come over to apologize or explain what’s going on, so after 35 minutes of waiting, we’re at the counter asking where our food is and got a ‘whoops, it’ll be out in a few’. It wasn’t till I suggested they should have said something to us and apologized for the wait before the shift lead finally said sorry, but then tried to explain it away that they were too busy trying to remake the order. The staff was all nice, but highly inefficient. 45 minutes later, on a to-go order! We’re finally out the door. Great food. Bad service

I want to like this pizza but the sauce is too sweet, crust too soft, and ingredients so mediocre that they just blend into the cheese. Also, I ordered the normal pizzeria style but wonder if they gave me the wrong kind. It’s fine for what it is but I wouldn’t rush back.

Nice buffet style restaurant in this small community. Salad bar offers good selection of items. At a separate bar, a variety of sliced pizzas. The spaghetti and meat sauce are mixed together in the southern style. Nice helpful staff. Well maintained and clean. Great place for groups or families.

Loved the customer service. Pizza is great! Salad bar is good! Plus they have many different flavors of ice cream! I loved the Banana freeze and my wife had the Butter pecan. We had a great time at the buffet. We also booked the party room. And it was great.

Ordered 1 deep dish and 1 regular crust pizza. Thought they messed up and have me 2 regular crust pizza so I called and was told.
Yeah they may look the same and the dough for the deep dish should be fluffier but depends on who made the dough and how much time so it is give out take with the deep dish some times it’s fluffy sometimes its not.
