Simple Pleasures is a wonderful spot in Lincoln City to enjoy fresh coffee, breakfast, or a quick lunch break. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast.
One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was that they provided a coloring book and crayons for my kids, which was such a nice surprise. I tried their coffee along with the special apple walnut pie, and it was absolutely amazing.
The art projects displayed on the walls are beautiful, and it’s great that you can purchase pieces to support local artists.
Highly recommended — a warm, cozy place with great food and a wonderful atmosphere!

Simple Pleasures is such a lovely spot. The avocado toast is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced simple, wholesome, and done right. It’s one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave.

I got a sandwich and a pool of soup to go with the side of potato salad. The excellent. The soup was less than a third of the container and came in literally only about 4 oz, maybe lessnIn the potato salad was maybe 1 tbsp at most.It was so small , I ate it with a teaspoon in two bites. We will continue to buy food there because it’s so good. And the atmosphere people are so friendly.Maybe I should just order double portions.

I was out in Lincoln recently visiting my brother. After a quick Google search, I suggested we visit this restaurant. Ashley, our server, was attentive, informative, courteous and delivered our food exactly as ordered. They have a great selection of breakfast choices, and I would highly recommend this restaurant for a very satisfying meal and experience!
I was especially impressed, when reviewing the comments on Google, almost without exception, the owner responded to comments, both good and not-so-good reviews. To me, this is a sign of a good and caring business owner.
Keep up the good work. I look forward to visiting during my next trip out from Colorado!

The food was amazing and totally unexpectedly good! First time here. My husband has now made this his new favorite steak place. My husband had eggs and steak. I had avocado toast. The avocado toast had the most fluffy eggs I’ve ever seen, and they were so good. Most of the food is organic! We had the blackberry pie! Warm and flaky. So good!

Thank you to my barber Julio at The Rock Barbers for the recommendation. The service was.excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Josiah is so polite, attentivrle, and helpful. This place is something special. I watched several regualr customers come in and were immediately presented with their drinks of choice. This is the type of place they know your name. A great locally owned business. Now onto the food. It was delicious, hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Parking can be a little tricky. However it is worth it. Downtown Lincoln is quaint and make me reminiscent of and older, easier way of life. What a place! Make yourself a local here.

Simple Pleasures in Lincoln always delivers a quality meal. Today I had Shawn’s Steak Sandwich (great to share or take 1/2 home ) my hubby had a Tuna melt. The steak sandwich is the BEST I’ve ever had and it is consistent. Salads and seasonal soups are amazing too! There is always dessert on the menu. Staff is attentive and caring and it’s a place where you always feel welcomed. Indoor and patio seating is available.

I ordered the High Roller sandwich. It tasted strange so I opened it to find the inside of the bread completely burned. I understand mistakes are made but this was an obvious attempt to deceive me. To be fair, she did give me a 25 percent discount but that hardly makes up for the lack of integrity.

September 13th – from 9:40-10:45am – Table 10
Went in for a quick breakfast that wasn’t supposed to cost too much on a Saturday morning and ended up waiting entirely too long and spending over $50.
Quick to be seated, quick to get drinks, quick to order, but for 20-25 mins my table sat unattended with my son wondering why it’s taking so long to cook eggs and toast. The overall dining area didn’t appear too busy, others were seated and better attended to, while they ordered and got refills and were served. We arrived around 9:40-9:45, didn’t get food till 10:25, when we recieved the first and only refills of the morning.
Not too sure why we were put in a corner to be ignored, but I will not be returning due to overall poor service and lack luster food servings. For $60 bucks, I was better off ordering steaks and eggs for the family, not 6 pieces of bread with 6 eggs cracked and cooked. How is one pancake $5.00? Inflation much?
