When I lived in Logan, I would order from here all the time for delivery, and then I happened to move two blocks away! They have served me well for the last four years and I will miss them when I move. They are kind and patient and the food is consistently delicious. The patio is cute and perfect for outdoor dining in an area where there isn’t a ton.

Simòn Tacos is an excellent local taco restaurant in Chicago. They have a small parking lot and available street parking for easy access. The restaurant is clean and vibrant with murals on the walls. The service was great – the lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I got an order of both the Carne Asada and Al Pastor tacos which were both amazing. The meat in both was outstanding – very flavorful. High quality ingredients as well. The tortilla chips are great as well – hot and fresh – came with two different sauces which were both great too. They have a great selection of drinks. Bathroom was clean. They had a great mix of music playing in the restaurant – great vibe. Overall it’s a great local taco spot in Chicago.

I am bummed to write this review. We’ve been coming here a while. Usually a quality product very flavorful steak and chicken tostadas and burritos, however lately we’ve noticed meaning last 2-3 orders in the last few months… prices have gone up but the portion of meat has gone down drastically. It’s pretty darn disappointing. One of my favorite local go to spots.. it’s not a consistent product anymore. I sure hope things go back to the way they were or more customers will be lost. Customer service is also hit or miss but we’ve returned bc of the delicious food, now I will be thinking twice before ordering again

I’ve been a long-time customer at this restaurant because it’s in my neighborhood and has always been a convenient go-to spot. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. My order was made incorrectly, and when I called to address it, I was told the manager wasn’t available. I called again later, and still—no manager.
They took my name and assured me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. As a loyal customer who has supported this place for years, I expected better communication and accountability.
Not only was my order wrong, but I also didn’t enjoy the food I ended up with—so it felt like a waste of money. After this experience and the lack of follow-up, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. It’s really unfortunate, but customer service matters, and this time, they let me down.
Requested no onions on my tacos and burrito . Paid extra for cheese .

This is my favorite burrito, especially the ones with just meat, cilantro, and onions. I always add avocado to it. The staff is really friendly, and I love that they include chips and soup as sides. The food is served quickly, which is great!

Food is good, not the best I’ve had; I feel like it’s over priced (Almost $10 for a tostada). The guy at the register was so bland, I was hoping their food wasn’t…lol. The atmosphere was ok, a little loud for my taste. And lastly, they need a bigger parking lot; the space is really tight and awkward. My car was 3 days new and I was afraid that with the wind, someone was gonna let their car door slam into my car.
