If the arch light is off, they are not serving.
If you plan on eating when they open don’t count on it. I have gotten tired of pulling up to order when they are supposed to be open @ 5am Monday – Saturday and watching an employee get out of his car and meander inside only to say it’s going to be 30 min. It’s 5:40 am, I got here at 5:25am I’ve placed my mobile order and have watched 10 cars pull off. McDonald’s get with this store please. What do they need to succeed?
I missed your response. I’ll reach out today. Only because I’m here Agian and it’s 5:51 on 9/29. Been here since 30 after. Watched multiple cars pull off. One honking mad. Again I will reach out today after my shift.

Did a moble order and drove there to pick it up. Got there and I was told someone stole my order. They refused to remake it and told me the moble order is only meant to be used when I was in their parking lot and im supposed to then walk in and wait for my food. Ive never heard of this from any food company let alone McDonald’s. (Not sure how doordash works then cause im pretty sure you order your food online and then the doordash drives there to pick it up without having to sit in the parking lot all day for a order) I then requested for a manager and the guy I was talking to said he was the manager. Honestly didnt seem like he was one but im not sure. I told him “so anyone can just walk in and grab food and walk out and there’s no verification to make sure im grabbing the right food or if i even ordered?” He then proceeded to tell me no and that’s pretty much how it goes. I then asked for a refund and was told if I wanted to have my food I had to reorder it and pay and I could call customer service to get my first order disputed. Manager was reluctant to give me his name so i then asked for a business card and told me he doesnt have one. But he did ended up writing his name down on a napkin. Or so I think it was his name (Aranaudo) but no last name. So safe to say I / my coworkers who were there will not be returning there again. The “manager” was very rude and didnt seem to care about the issue and just wanted me out of his hair. All I wanted was to have my food remade and I would have been happy and satisfied.

Had a delivery from this location through app, came cold and missing food. Went to restaurant myself to correct and found mass chaos…orders taking forever, people in lobby complaining of order times. One young man standing behind only register doing nothing. Lobby is a mess, my whole order was redone, but with an attitude. Last visit to this location as this is the crescendo of the last 3 trips here. Avoid at all costs, seems as though quality is not a concern for this McDonald’s anymore!

Seems everytime me and my husband give this location a chance. We wither missing items we ordered, food is cold or the workers give you attitude for something they have done. You can’t call cause there number is disconnected. This franchise owner needs to do better with this location and with there staff,as a former McDonald’s worker this location is appaling and needs retiring or ot be shut down due to low marks and poor quality threw the employees

Everytime I go here they always mess up my order. The girl at window is ad an attitude, so I dealt with the mgr. Got home order wrong and my cappuccino taste like hot water, no taste. This is awful!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The management is on a needless and unexplained power trip and is the only franchise in the entire metro that fails to honor promotions — without any explanation. Go to the one on Armour if you want respectful service.

Avoid this location at all costs, unless you want to risk food poisoning. They served my boyfriend burgers that were VERY raw. And from the looks of the reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Safe to say we are officially done with McDonalds. Get new cooks!

I ordered a quarter classic and a big Mac meal and a mcchicken. The big Mac and the mcChicken were good, but the quarter pounders were NOT cooked all the way. I tried to call the store but the first time the line was busy and when I called back no one answered. We threw away the quarter pounder.
Edited: Someone finally reached out. Her name was Joanie and she was extremely apologetic. They can not refund me but said they will send me gift cards and she said she will investigate who was working and cooking that night. When I was able to reach the store, the manager who answered did not seem to believe me as I said the girl in the window did not give me a receipt but I have proof with my bank statement and the order modification. She said without a receipt she could not do anything for me but I can reach out to Joanie. I probably won’t use those gift cards anytime soon, but at least she is trying to apologize as opposed to the manager at the restaurant.

If I could put 0 stars I would, this place has been trash for a long time. The sad part is that I know the Bells who own this place have tried so hard to get good people in here working. It’s cleaned up some however I just waited over 30 mins for 2 meals and a happy meal. The big Mac meal only had one patty but 3 pieces of bread and the 2 cheese burger meal had one cheese burger and one was just bread with all the condiments. The happy meal was correct. This is such a joke for $30 then I try to call and of course no one answers the phone.
