We had the pleasure of being served by Miss Bell, and she was fantastic! We ordered the Spicy Ramen with chicken and Karaga Korean Chicken — both were absolutely delicious. Already planning our next visit!

This restaurant is always bustling, which is a great sign! Luckily, we arrived just before the dinner rush and only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered several dishes, and everything was phenomenal, from the ramen to the curry, each dish was absolutely delicious!

The noodles here are delicious, but I can get the same taste at other branches. What really disappointed me was the terrible service. The staff ignored me at least five or six times, even though I was standing less than two meters away—yet they helped other customers right away.

What’s more, this is supposed to be the flagship store, but unlike other locations where staff take orders at the table, here I had to walk up to the counter just to ask if I could even place an order. The food is good, but the service attitude needs serious improvement

Packed with basically all full seats, but the lines were extremely short (especially compared to other places nearby where you couldn’t even tell where the line was because there are crowds of people standing and waiting).

Service was superb. We thought it was fast-food style but they actually do table service! We kept accidentally making them ho back and forth for more utensils, drinks, sy sauce, etc, but they were very patient with us.

Family of 5 WILL be over $100 with not much leftovers, but everyone will be nice and full.

If you can’t do spicy then I recommend the Truffle Ramen! (with truffle oil).

The atmospheric music is loud and sort of rave-like.

Yea, don’t waste your money. Never have I ever had a flavorless Tonkatsu ramen…until now. It was 16 or 18 bucks for the ramen and they give you basically no toppings, 1/2 an egg and 1 piece of overly charred pork. Inside had no ventilation. Customer service was ok nothing grand. To charge that much for flavorless soup is a sin.

This was my first time trying Silverlake Ramen, and unfortunately my experience at the Victoria Gardens location was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected.

I waited almost an hour just to be seated. After I finally placed my order, I stepped away briefly to use the restroom. When I came back, another party had been seated at my table without any communication from my servers, and I was told I needed to wait again for another table even though my food had already been ordered.

The restaurant was clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Multiple tables, including mine, had dirty bowls and dishes sitting untouched for long periods of time. The dining room felt cluttered, disorganized, and neglected, and it was obvious the team couldn’t keep up with the guest volume or basic cleanliness.

What stood out most was that my actual servers barely paid attention, and the only person who stepped in to help me wasn’t even assigned to my table. Her name was Asima.
She was constantly moving, helping other guests, checking in on tables, and doing everything she possibly could despite being overwhelmed by the workload. She did not have to help me, but she did, and she deserves real recognition and respect for her professionalism.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand what a busy shift looks like, but this was not just “busy.” This was a breakdown in staffing, training, and leadership. The frontline employees, especially Asima, are doing their best, but they are not being supported by proper management.

I genuinely hope corporate steps in to address the issues at this location, because the brand, and hardworking employees like Asima, deserve better than what is happening here.

Their ramen comes with spicy variants. so so good! We picked the $19 combos where you can pick 1 kind of Ramen and 1 appetizer. Quick service and very attentive staff. The place was clean. Beautiful ambiance. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

I came here for lunch because I had business matter nearby. The air conditioning was too strong indoors, so I sat at an outdoor table and the staff kindly showed me around. It was my first time trying ramen here, so I ordered the classic and a pork belly bun. The pork belly bun came out not long after I’ve gave my order. The meat inside was really soft and the sauce was delicious. And the ramen came out quickly. The broth was rich and savory, and there was a large piece of meat in it, and the meat was soft and delicious. The only thing that was disappointing was the side dish(ginger). You have to order it separately. If I had known in advance, I would have ordered a spicier flavor. It was delicious, but I’m a person who doesn’t eat a lot of oily food, so it was a bit too much for my taste to continue eating. It was delicious, but a little disappointing.

Really disappointing experience. The noodles were mushy, clumped together, and clearly overcooked. We didn’t receive any eggs, which are usually a staple in ramen, and the chicken pieces tasted like frozen pre-cooked meat with a rubbery texture. The broth itself had decent flavor, but it couldn’t make up for the poor quality of the noodles and toppings. For the price and reputation, this was definitely not worth it.

Great atmosphere, yummy food and amazing service! Perfect spot for a date night or lunch with friends.

Service

This was my first time having Ramen and I didn’t know what to expect but thankfully the Manager David kindly took it upon himself to explain the dishes to me and helped me choose the perfect meal. He was attentive to all of the guest and had a genuine and positive vibe the entire time! Furthermore, the staff also carried this same energy which made the experience very welcoming.

Food

The food came out QUICK! We ended up going with the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen which was packed with flavor! The broth was rich and creamy .. and the noodles melted in my mouth!

Atmosphere

I came here alone but this is definitely a place that you should come to with friends, family or a date! The vibes are hipster, modern and inviting. I will be coming back forsure!
