We had the pleasure of being served by Miss Bell, and she was fantastic! We ordered the Spicy Ramen with chicken and Karaga Korean Chicken — both were absolutely delicious. Already planning our next visit!
What’s more, this is supposed to be the flagship store, but unlike other locations where staff take orders at the table, here I had to walk up to the counter just to ask if I could even place an order. The food is good, but the service attitude needs serious improvement
Service was superb. We thought it was fast-food style but they actually do table service! We kept accidentally making them ho back and forth for more utensils, drinks, sy sauce, etc, but they were very patient with us.
Family of 5 WILL be over $100 with not much leftovers, but everyone will be nice and full.
If you can’t do spicy then I recommend the Truffle Ramen! (with truffle oil).
The atmospheric music is loud and sort of rave-like.
I waited almost an hour just to be seated. After I finally placed my order, I stepped away briefly to use the restroom. When I came back, another party had been seated at my table without any communication from my servers, and I was told I needed to wait again for another table even though my food had already been ordered.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Multiple tables, including mine, had dirty bowls and dishes sitting untouched for long periods of time. The dining room felt cluttered, disorganized, and neglected, and it was obvious the team couldn’t keep up with the guest volume or basic cleanliness.
What stood out most was that my actual servers barely paid attention, and the only person who stepped in to help me wasn’t even assigned to my table. Her name was Asima.
She was constantly moving, helping other guests, checking in on tables, and doing everything she possibly could despite being overwhelmed by the workload. She did not have to help me, but she did, and she deserves real recognition and respect for her professionalism.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand what a busy shift looks like, but this was not just “busy.” This was a breakdown in staffing, training, and leadership. The frontline employees, especially Asima, are doing their best, but they are not being supported by proper management.
I genuinely hope corporate steps in to address the issues at this location, because the brand, and hardworking employees like Asima, deserve better than what is happening here.
Service
This was my first time having Ramen and I didn’t know what to expect but thankfully the Manager David kindly took it upon himself to explain the dishes to me and helped me choose the perfect meal. He was attentive to all of the guest and had a genuine and positive vibe the entire time! Furthermore, the staff also carried this same energy which made the experience very welcoming.
Food
The food came out QUICK! We ended up going with the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen which was packed with flavor! The broth was rich and creamy .. and the noodles melted in my mouth!

Atmosphere
I came here alone but this is definitely a place that you should come to with friends, family or a date! The vibes are hipster, modern and inviting. I will be coming back forsure!
