Let me start out by saying that Antojitos Doña Susy is an absolute gem they literally nailed each and every single metric . Been to many Mexican restaurants and hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had!! if you are in southern CA or northern Cal it is worth the drive. I moved to Bakersfield a while back and there isn’t anything out here that is close to Antojitos Doña Susy. Also a big shout out to our waiter Belen who was super nice and explained things and was flexible with our requests. Moreover, our Belen asked what we thought and how they could improve the whole experience was worth every penny, with that said, the prices are economical Antojitos Doña Susy proves once again why Michoacán and Guerrero have the best Mexican dishes in Mexico

Not your regular Mexican restaurant of tacos and fajitas etc. the menu was in Spanish only. It seemed healthier and tastier because there wasn’t a bunch of cheese on everything to make it greasy and fatty.

Walking in here for the first time was really welcoming. They had a great playlist playing. The atmosphere was welcoming and refreshing to see all the vibrant colors and to see it nicely decorated. Started off with an appetizer with fruit that’s on that house that had a cream on it which made it really good. Food was amazing. No lacking in flavor, all the sides complimented the main dish. I recommend trying the mango sauce if you like flavorful, little sweet but still a little spicy salsas. Would definitely recommend to try and I’ll definitely be coming back myself.
