They pick and choose their employees very well as they are the same friendly faces you see each time you go. Service is professional and prompt! They are the leaders in their field and continuously try to cater to the customers with special and sophisticated palates and never disappoint! It appears there are two menus 1 for tourists and 1 for local , a handwritten menu by bic, by the owner. The mezza is disappointing, service is unfriendly, and the waiters behave rudely. The food was very generous, the fish was very fresh and nicely cooked, halwet el jibn with ashta icecream is to die for!! Would highly recommend the set menu if you’re looking to sample a generous amount of mezza, fried or grilled fish, dessert, and fruit!

The staff need training on how to serve. The servers dropped plates on the table in front of us. When they served us food, several people in our party had food dropped on them when being served. The server tried putting a plate on another plate of food. For the price, the service was quite poor.
