We were disappointed that they no longer offer the full menu I saw posted here earlier, but their selection was nice. We sat outside on the lovely deck. Great service. Tasty food. After exploring other dining options in the area, this place definitely stands out as quite good.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary as it was highly recommended. Not sure what happened to their menu but it wasn’t even close to the food I’m seeing on here. They had three appetizers: house salad, fries, onion rings. And their entrees were a skimpy selection of sub par looking food. Very disappointed as we were hoping to have a special meal to celebrate

Was excited to try this place out- we were Hungry but didn’t want to spoil our appetite so drove out there on empty stomachs only to find it closed and not a person in sight. Website and Google Maps said it was open but it was definitely not. Frustrating to be in the middle of no where with no options for food. Drove to Skykomish and found some mediocre food. Please update your hours so people don’t have the same experience!

We had the BLT with fries and coleslaw plus the pumpkin bread and Americanos. Everything was scrumptious. The coleslaw was not like anything I’ve had before, the best ever. The BLT was on gluten free sourdough, nearly a perfect sandwich.

I’ve eaten here for both lunch and dinner and enjoyed both! Atmosphere is sweet, food is good, and service is always good with kind, warm staff.
I wish it was open a bit later, especially because their bar is also super cute !
My one rec is to come on the early side. They close at 8, and once I came in for dinner and the chef had left early so they were only doing the lunch menu which was kind of disappointing – but I think it was around 7:30 so close to their closing time. Food was still great. They are still relatively new, so once it gets a little busier, hoping the hours will extend 🙂

Recently, my small company team had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary delights at Bush House Grille – Bar, located on the picturesque property of Bush House Inn in Index, Washington. The Grill’s food services are now under Chef Todd, his lovely wife, and their dedicated teams direction.
Our visit was part of a week-long offsite where the dining highlight was undoubtedly the wine pairing dinner on the first night. Despite the challenges of not knowing each other’s styles and flavors, Chef Todd and I collaborated to create a remarkable five-course meal featuring local wines and foods. Chef Todd’s ability to accommodate various dietary restrictions added to the complexity, yet he executed it flawlessly.
The food was exceptional, with each course perfectly complementing the selected wines. The creativity and skill displayed by Chef Todd and his team were evident in every bite. The dinner set a high standard for the rest of our stay, and we were not disappointed. Every meal was fantastic, showcasing the team’s consistent excellence.
Chef Todd’s commitment to quality and creativity has revamped the Bush House Grille – Bar into a standout dining spot. Whether for a special event or a casual meal, the experience is sure to be memorable.

Huge downgrade from the North Fork Kitchen. Despite a bigger menu, I felt as though there were fewer options I wanted. The food isn’t as good either. The burger I got was overcooked and managed to be worse than the food at the stevens pass ski resort (which is actually cheaper now). I would have still given 2 stars, but they pre added a 20% tip which is scummy, so only 1 star from me. Not to be too harsh, but I really hope they go out of business quick so we can get a good and affordable diner back in Index.
