We stopped here yesterday for breakfast and found the place very busy with insufficient staff. We found enough to eat at the breakfast buffet even though they were struggling to restock it after a very large group had finished. The lone waitress was really working hard and doing the best possible under the circumstances. This is a nice place and I hope management is able to improve their performance.

I am updating my review of this place. The first visit was really good. But ever since it has went down hill. Last time my family went a few weeks ago. And it was a waitress supposed to be taking care of us. They sat us. Then we did just that for nearly 10 mins before anyone paid us any attention. Mind you it was not packed at all. Finally came to our table and committed sorry we got confused on who was waiting this table. Like what? By the time she came we was ready to order our drinks and food. So we start saying what we want. And she stops us and says I got to get my pad to write this down. So she comes back we repeat everything again. And order a burger and fries to go. And we ordered the crab cakes as a appetizer. Takes a while for our food. And the crab cakes come out with the food. When you order a appetizer it should be the first thing to the table. It had already lost temp. And the meat on my wife’s nachos had been sent to hell it self the be blackened burnt. She barely touched it. Anyway the girl was what seemed to be flirting with the guys behind us paying them more attention to them. Passing us up most of the visits and my cup empty sitting on the end of the table where she could see it. Never grabbed it to fill it up. I almost ate my whole main before I stood up with my cup walked and filled it up myself. And I paid the ticket waiting for my Togo order and nothing. Mind you she had to get her pad to write it down. I had to remind her why I had not left yet. And she says oh yeh I forgot. How do you forget when you write it down? The service sucks bad 0 stars. On the way out I made a complaint about it before leaving. And the woman who said she was the owners wife. And I told her the whole experience and how the last few visits it has gotten worse. And that I had to fill my own cup up on this visit. She wanted my name and number and for her husband to call me so I could explain to him also and try to make it right by covering our next meal. And to address the problems. And yup you guessed it never got that phone call. They don’t want to fix the problem. So I will not be returning. Because clearly it starts up hill and trickles down. On top of the high prices like it’s a 5 star restaurant.

We paid over $100 for the Christmas buffet for two and it was some of the worst food we’ve ever eaten. We definitely didn’t return for seconds, and that’s a first for us. Food was cold, soggy, and beyond bland. The pastries were like pie dough. It was literally worse than your typical nursing home and on a par with typical interstate truck stops. Definitely won’t dining here again!

Don’t waste your money. The food was low quality for high prices. The server was barely present (almost 10 min between sitting down and being acknowledged). There was an ingredient in my sandwich I was allergic to that was not listed on the menu and the waitress didn’t even offer to take the item off of our bill or remake it. I’m staying at the resort and will not be spending another cent on the restaurant that is a part of it.

If I could give it a zero, I would. When you have to wait 15 mins for your starter of soup to come out, then that’s not good. We got ignored by our waiter pretty much the whole time. Our COLD sandwich and mac and cheese took 40 mins to come to our table. Horrible horrible service. Go elsewhere if you can!

I suggest that you don’t get the Breakfast Buffet. Coffe cold food cold and home fries very dry! Eggs not done! Gravy tasted like a powder mix. Very disappointed.

If I could leave a zero I would. Waitstaff( Keli) was rude, no smile, no greeting. Food was disappointing, pizza burned on the top. Don’t waste your time. Normally I’d never review a restaurant, but owners need to know how unsatisfied people are.
